Fitness at 40 is a status symbol.
You can't buy it, steal it or borrow it..
You have to earn & maintain.

I've noticed something strange about important meetings.
The actual meeting is often not where the decision happens.
People have already formed opinions.
Someone has already spoken to someone.
The numbers have already been discussed.
The meeting sometimes just makes the decision official.
Good meetings don't always create decisions.
Sometimes they reveal them.
AI writes strategy in seconds.
Getting me to read it? Still unsolved.
Maybe the next big AI breakthrough is better intelligence.
Or a 3-line summary with the words "you can skip the rest."
Now that's innovation.
We like to believe customers
make rational decisions.
They compare features.
They compare prices.
They compare benefits.
But I've learned that trust
often beats logic.
People don't always buy
what makes the most sense.
They buy what feels right.
Your competitor launched something.
So you launch it too.
They changed their pricing.
You change yours.
They entered a market.
You consider entering it.
At some point,
you stop building your business
and start reacting to theirs.
We have made visibility
incredibly easy to measure.
Followers.
Views.
Reach.
Impressions.
But reputation works differently.
People remember what happened
after they trusted you.
I've noticed something about pricing.
When you don't know
how to explain the value,
you start explaining the price.
Competition isn't always
another company selling the same thing.
Sometimes it's a customer's habit.
Sometimes it's doing nothing.
Sometimes it's the belief that
“we've always done it this way.”
The hardest competitor
may not even be a company.
I've learned to be careful.
with the word “ready.”
The website isn't ready.
The product isn't ready.
The campaign isn't ready.
Sometimes that's true.
And sometimes “not ready”
simply means we haven't tested it yet.
Growing from 5 people to 20
isn't simply hiring 15 more people.
Your communication changes.
Your decisions change.
Your culture changes.
Eventually,
the business you built
requires a different version of you.
Lately, I’ve been thinking about how fast things are shifting.
Because of AI, the value of existing knowledge is declining rapidly. It’s everywhere, cheap, and replaceable.
What’s rising fast? Creating new ideas, IP, and innovation with AI.
Knowing isn’t enough. /1
You order 10 items for ₹999.
You get only 4 delivered.
Then… nothing. No reply. No support. Just silence.
They ask for details—you send everything: order ID, photos, unboxing video. Still ignored.
Check their social media—hundreds of people complaining, calling it fraud.
No one’s responding. No one’s fixing it.
Feels like this is the plan: send less, ghost the rest, and pocket the profit.
And sadly, it’s working at the cost of customer trust.
Looks like CrowdStrike just gave Windows the blue screen of everywhere.
Who knew antivirus could be so... pro-virus?

As I look around at the fervour for the #RamJanmbhoomiMandir across the country, I can’t help think that THIS is the national unification and assertion of identity that the dynasty that ruled #India since independence was afraid of… They prolly thought they could replace Ram-naam with their own stolen name of “Gandhi”. 😏
