I wanted to share my experience too. I commissioned Mittsubi in November cause I was so in love with the art and got it the same time with my friend. I was also told and made aware that the commission would take time, but I didn’t have a set schedule and I was very flexible and patient. What I’m not okay with is people who commissioned before me and waited an entire year for their model, and the lack of updates and communication is frustrating. I finished paying off my entire model in March, but I haven’t received a single thing, other than a sketch in December. While I know that the deadline is in September, it’s still a little frustrating to not hear anything or receive any updates, especially when I have completed the payment of the model. I wanted to also speak up about it just in case anyone else considered commissioning them. I’m honestly concerned that I might not even receive a commission from the lack of updates, communication, and what’s been revealed to me. I paid around 2k for model art, and within the 6 months, I’ve only received a sketch. I’m hoping to hear a word, I’m not sure if I will. But, to see that they have taken on more commissions when other people have waited, paid, and have yet to receive updates or the final product, I find it unprofessional.
