One of the tasks I worked on for Forgotten Island was establishing the tone and atmosphere of a script.
It was a lot of fun. To me, Raissa was clearly a clever character, but Joe was incredibly talented too. She had a creative mind and a unique ability to anticipate future trends. The Philippines could lose the United States-led Pax Silica initiative to other Southeast Asian countries if it “drops the ball,” Philippine Ambassador to the US Jose Manuel “Babes” Romualdez warned.
Romualdez said Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia are also interested, stressing that the Philippines should first look at the potential benefits of the initiative before focusing on its possible downsides.
“Let’s not look at negatives. Let’s look at positives, then discuss negatives,” Romualdez told reporters in Makati City on Monday.
