So here is me pre-COVID v. Now. I just want to thank @MarcLobliner @AJA_Cortes @alexfeinberg @Cernovich @anymanfitness @TheMFingCOO and others (there are more) for helping to get me on a better path! 🙏🏼
One of the most powerful ways to lower blood pressure:
Wall Sits.
A study found they reduced systolic BP by 12.9 mmHg in 12 weeks.
The protocol:
• 3 times per week
• 4 sets of 2-minute holds
• 2 minutes rest between sets
This is a much better use of your time than chasing high step counts.
Do this first, then take a walk after.

The “Social Security is running out” scare tactic has been around for at least the 30 years since I started working. It can’t go under. Too many Americans rely on it. It will ALWAYS be funded somehow.
She’s right. Almost no millennials think they will get social security
Most also think that inflation was 400% over the least 5 years
They also don’t know how taxes work
They also don’t realize a lot of the people in their 70’s also didn’t think social security would be around for them… and here we are
I’m 32. I’ll be stunned if social security isn’t around in some form when I retire
People underestimate the power of consistently:
- sleeping 7-8 hours
- lifting 3x a week
- doing cardio 1-2x a week
- walking 10k steps a day
- getting outdoor light for 5 min
- stopping food a few hours before bed
- eating mostly whole foods
- keeping a consistent circadian rhythm
This is the scariest chart I’ve seen in a long time. I can’t even imagine how it looks in 2035 and 2045:
If you’re over 40, you can literally:
• Lift weights 2-3x a week
• Train your VO2 max
• Get under 20% body fat
• Fix your pain instead of living with it
• Get blood work so you stop guessing on supplements
And add years to your life.
Here’s how each one works:

Sauna is my number one longevity intervention after exercise and diet.
A lot of what happens in the sauna overlaps with what happens during exercise, and sauna can even add to the benefits you’re already getting from exercise, including bigger gains in aerobic fitness and reductions in blood pressure.
Then there’s the long-term data - using the sauna 4 to 7 times weekly is associated with a 40% lower risk of all-cause mortality, a 50% lower risk of cardiovascular-related death, and up to a 66% lower risk of dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
Combined evidence from the physiology, exercise trials, and long-term data is a big part of why I take deliberate heat exposure seriously (and why you should too).

This was the obvious byproduct of labeling men as “toxic” and it shows in the growing political divide between men and women. It is unlikely that this trend reverses anytime soon, either:
Counterpoint: Working from home is the greatest thing ever. I commuted to work for 20+ years(early wake up, shower, traffic etc…) & now I just roll out of bed. I have an extra 90 minutes of my day every day, as a result. I have time to walk my dog and workout when I want. It’s the best.

Life fucking loves you. Things work out for you. Doors open for you. Money comes to you. Love finds you. People remember you. Opportunities want you. You keep getting lucky in ways that make you laugh because of course it worked out for you again.
Of course it did. It always does. It always has.

The craziest part about losing a good person?
At first, you think you’re free.
Then one day you realize nobody else loves you the way they did and by then, they’ve learned how to live without you.

Micron will make more profit next quarter than NVDA made in quarter ending Jan 2026. 9 months ago. Everyone has been screaming about how cheap NVDA is. NVDA was worth $4.8 trillion dollars when it made $40 billion profit in one quarter. Micron is worth $1 trillion and it will make $44 billion next quarter. At this pace, Micron will pass up NVDA in quarterly earnings sometime next year or early 2028. If NVDA is cheap, what is Micron? lol. This is by far the easiest buy in my lifetime!

Money wise life is just one big race to $4/5M liquid + a paid off house in cash.
After you win that race, you chase the dragon to $10M+. Then at some point past that level you ask “why the hell was I working so hard my life didn’t change much”
Then you chase the dragon anyway
