When I grow up I want to become Cate Blanchett, and have the subtlety to think the carpet is already red, so I can just wear a black & white dress with green lining to make such a strong point. #cannes2024

The Pune #Porsche Murders is just the latest example of how justice & law is a joke for the rich and powerful.
Like many other such cases - accused Vedant Agarwal got bail in 15 hours & the police allegedly was already working to dilute the case. Had it not been for the public outrage - this case would have been buried by now.
Will we - for once - find our voice & spine as citizens - to demand some basic justice?

Arre @AjmeraRealty why have you deleted your "Asia's Largest Hoarding at #Ghatkopar" tweet??
You can still aim for the Guinness World Record -
1. World's largest illegal #hoarding ever made
2. World's deadliest illegal hoarding ever constructed
Proud moment na?
PS - but seriously give it a few days - people will move on - remember how 135 were killed in the #MorbiBridge Collapse - did anything happen to the people responsible??
14 people got crushed to death in #Mumbai yesterday; the hoarding that fell on them was THREE TIMES the allowed dimensions & NINE TIMES the allowed area....NINE TIMES.
It was even in the #Limca Books of Records.
Yet no #bulldozer brought it down - no action to dismantle it - just passing the buck by the BMC - till people died.
Downing in the rain, being stuffed into trains, being crushed by hoardings - till when will we allow politicians to treat us like insects?

When people talk to me about @iamsrk I often get a dreamy look in my eyes, a smile on my lips but all I manage to say is, “Shahrukh is Shahrukh!!”

I saw Pathan today with as much awe as I saw Deewana when I was 8… Know why? Because, Shahrukh is Shahrukh! 💜💜💜

Shahrukh is Shahrukh is my admission of being starstruck with him and only him… Shahrukh is Shahrukh is, for me, what Love is Love is for the romantic.
I get this overwhelming emotion every time I watch SRK on the big screen!

Recently someone asked me, “What does that even mean, ‘Shahrukh is Shahrukh’?” I was appalled that my sentence needed explaining… Shahrukh is Shahrukh is my love for the man, summed up... Shahrukh is Shahrukh is a feeling I’ve cherished over the years…
