While claiming to be the party of business, the Conservatives raised Corporation Tax to 25% (around £18bn a year), abolished the dividend tax credit and increased dividend rates (over £2bn a year in extra revenue, leaving owners facing double taxation), and imposed automatic enrolment (now costing employers around £50bn a year in pension contributions).
Taken together, these measures imposed more than £70 billion a year in additional costs and taxation on UK businesses.
The Tory party are no different to Labour when looking at ways to tax business ,both are cut from the same cloth and see small business as cash cows .

Every time the government increases taxes rest assured it's then passed onto customers from every service provider .
We are in business to make money , we must achieve our margins , we have two choices , raise our prices or don't bother running our companies .
Many like me refuse to have a company which feels its only purpose is to prop up HMRC .
All you lefties who support tax rises stop moaning about your bills going up .
Government is huge in the UK , hundreds of quangos , the solution is to shrink government massively , reduce taxes so everyone benefits ..
