Ich war zum ersten Mal seit dem Jahr meiner Geburt Patentin in einem Krankenhaus.
Was für ausnahmslos großartige Menschen in allen Rollen. Was für katastrophale Prozesse und Arbeitsbedingungen.
Und das schlimmste ist die resultierende Abwärtsspirale.

.@salihgueler up next on the large stage! Yet time for me to wrap up my conference day 1 already.
I will be back for more FlutterCon tomorrow morning and all Friday at T3.
Oh, and it‘s been @redbrogdon who delivered the keynote - apparently I am not the only person occasionally back on this platform.
I‘ll be part time at FlutterConEurope these days.
Juggling work commitments and conference didn’t start perfectly - I ended up being late and at the wrong location. Reminder to self to focus on one thing at a time.
Enjoy the conference kickoff, excited to see you around!

Favorite talk of the morning: Brigitta Boeckler‘s reality check on AI in SW dev. Augmentation & assistence, not a replacement for traditional skills. #LeadDevBerlin #sketchnote

I am struggling between yellow and green: I‘ve never been a fan of handshakes, but like hugging people I‘ve known for years.
.@patkua kicking off #LeadDevBerlin summarizing 2023 tech themes: Return to office/hybrid, Layoffs and some hiring, interest in crypto going down, replaced by generative AI as top topic.
