nigerian music is so interesting man, just found out nigeria had a thriving psychedelic rock scene in the 1970s & it’s crazy how nobody talks about it. OFEGE were a band of secondary school students aged 15-17 from OBALENDE, LAGOS. combining traditional west african melodies with western sounds and its a gem. trust me you’ll love it if you give them a listen.

this whole uni talk is so funny to me as someone who got into uni at 14 and had 2 degrees by 19...I infact WOULD have done better if I was older. doing higher education at that age did irreparable damage to my adhd and general mental health.
