Playing basketball really made me feel good I got out of my head for a hour and forgot what that felt like. I need more of that.

Talking or expressing my thoughts (with people who I trust) helps me get through things...I’ve learned.

I get knocked down a bunch but I never stay down. That’s the rule.

Today I went and shot the basketball around and felt good doing so..came back home and made some cool sounds...today was a fulfilling day.

It’s still all love when I see you.
