Took me 28 years to get to $1M liquid.
Now I’m on track to make another $1M in 12 months.
A real conversation I had today… “[MOAC] where you been bro? Haven’t seen you around much.”
“Been busy brother.”
“Oh cmon. We’re all busy! You’re too busy to say what’s up?”
“I guess so.”
Some of us are busy creating. Some of us are busy consuming.
Choose wisely.
If I tracked what I did to my parent’s net worth since 2020 this shit would be even crazier.
I quite literally brute forced generational wealth for the whole bloodline.
Here come the copesters about “luck”. GGs if that’s your first thought. You have some rewiring to do in that brain of yours.
2020 I was in my parents basement working a corporate remote job, selling Macy’s liquidated pallets of lingerie, selling Instagram accounts, selling books, watching Youtube videos about the trades, underwriting sales I didn’t have money for, working as an electrician, meeting with bankers, lawyers, cold calling for real estate acquisitions, and working odd side jobs to make a few extra hundred dollars.
Saving $20. $60. $130. $380. $650. $1,200. $1,800 a month and so on.
Now? I can’t keep track.
$30k cash. $40k cash. $50k cash sometimes. Transfer into money market here. Invest there. Buy this. Buy that. Move here. Move there.
All because I woke up one day and started to compete with the man in the mirror.
That’s really it.
It’s actually that simple.
Should I break the 4th wall?
Haven’t ranted in a while.
Been busy.
You guys have to understand.
You are witnessing a legendary play-by-play build-in-public story by your’s truly.
Before Twitter?
I kind of found my way.
Just by doing things.
Kind of.
Was off of all social media.
Locked in.
But making mistakes.
Hanging with the wrong people.
Making $10-12k a month.
Regular ol’ trade guy working long hours.
Eventually ran out of people to talk to.
No one could relate.
So I started tweeting to nobody.
By then I’ve been figuring out business.
Still not really sure.
Trying a lot of things.
What’s that guy doing?
Is this the right way?
What do you mean delegate?
How do I delegate?
How do I hire someone?
Gf pissed I’m working so late.
Doing invoices late.
I’m really not trying to do this right now.
Fuck it I’ll just sleep less.
Tomorrow do it again.
Day.
After day.
After day.
Then came $20k.
1 VA.
Interesting.
Shits kind of working.
Not really looking at the receipt anymore.
This is cool.
What’s a SOP?
Then came $30k.
6 employees.
$20k cash saved every month.
Yeah, I’m that mf I knew I was.
Energy unintentionally different.
And people are noticing.
Friends.
Family.
Haters.
Seeing new perspectives now.
My worldview is not the same anymore.
Less people around here.
Then came $50k a month.
10+.
Money flowing.
Definitely not looking at the tab now.
Just put 20% on it for yourself.
Everything dialed.
Head to toe.
Every realm of life.
I know what I know.
I know what I don’t.
Now it’s about focus.
Be mindful with time.
Look around.
See who you can count on.
See who can count on themselves.
Take mental notes.
Check yourself.
This is not sunshine and rainbows.
With every opportunity comes a risk.
Money?
Making money isn’t the problem anymore.
Now it’s a matter of what problem to solve.
So yeah.
My burner Twitter account that documents each day at a time is fucking legendary.
Idgaf.
I can already see it.
Them one day.
“Oh but…”
“Did you hear…”
Stop.
Here.
Please.
I dox myself.
This is what I’ve been up to.
Since you’ve been counting my pockets for the last 2 years.
Here.
Save yourself the trouble.
Get back to work.
Oof.
That would hurt.
Their worst nightmare.
I just wanted it more.
Because…
Winners. Win.
Losers. Lose.

The most dangerous thing a man can lose is his ability to think alone.
You need time alone.
Not with your woman.
Not with your parents.
Not with your friends.
When I’m home alone?
- No one else’s input
- No distractions
- No tedious questions
- No explanations
I think.
I connect dots.
I create.
I sharpen my mind.
When I’m not running 5 businesses, answering everyone, or solving problems…
I finally converse with myself.
That’s when the clarity comes.
That’s when I unlock my real edge.
As a man:
- You must create that time
- Let your woman know
- Let your family know
- Let your friends know
When men prepared for battle?
They didn’t spend time explaining themselves or discussing what color towels to buy.
They sharpened their blade.
They sharpened their mind.
The man who sharpens his mind in peace, is lethal in war.
Modern comforts led you to forget this.
If war knocked at your door tomorrow:
Would you be prepared?
Or would you wish that you sharpened your mind when you had the chance?
The man who owns his mind, owns his life.

My Twitter account makes me laugh.
I can’t be the only one on here who laughs at this whole social media thing.
How do I have 2.3k followers?
Who even follows me?
Who are you anon?
Long rant, bookmark for later. 📖
I get 1-2k impression every post now. 20-40 likes. A few replies.
Who are you out there just reading and scrolling by?
What are you doing lurking on here?
Hit reply.
Hit a like every now and then.
Some sort of a pulse check.
Just so I know I’m talking to other humans and not some bots.
I come across some cool anons on here.
Ones that do post.
More that don’t post.
Ones that lurk.
They’re always impressive people when I talk to them in the DM’s
I check their profile.
Mf hasn’t tweeted in months.
Bro.
Speak up.
About anything.
Get in the habit.
Need to create not just consume.
Especially young men.
We weren’t meant to rot indoors. Under LED lights. Drinking sugary drinks.
Sitting down and consuming information all day long on a pixelated piece of glass.
You were meant to create.
But it’s 2025, and you don’t need to work the farm.
Instead you create in the digital world, whether you like it or not.
Younger men especially.
We’ve been told to shut up our whole life.
So we do shut up.
And we go to our rooms instead.
Scroll social media.
Play video games.
Talk in group chats.
Swipe on dating apps.
Watch streamers.
Consuming, never creating.
It’s innate for a man to want to create.
It’s innate for a man to want a voice.
Every man had a voice up until the modern world. How?
Think about men back in the day.
Regardless of a man’s status, or influence during his day to day life.
At the end of the day, every man would come home to a woman that would listen to him.
That was important for men’s mental health.
Think, crime, suicide, drug addiction, homelessness, mass shootings.
Was also important for the woman. The family. The kids. The next man.
“But that’s misogynist!”
Relax…
If that raises your blood pressure you need to self-analyze.
It’s a fact.
Nowadays?
Men have no voice.
Collateral damage from feminism.
You have thoughts.
Post them anon.
Don’t take this social media shit too serious.
Just post what happened today. That’s what I do. Think of it as a Vlog.
Guess what?
Someone might just like it.
Someone might just follow along.
Look at me.
Started with 0 followers.
Started ranting like this.
Now I have 2.3k followers.
No guru shit. Just thinking and creating.
Even when I drop something for you all, it’ll be different.
Whole twitter thing is cool tbh. I appreciate you all.
But what if I made up every single thing about me? Lol.
Could you imagine.
Couldn’t be me.
I think I’m the realest on X.
One of my problems in life is that I actually only speak the truth.
That is until it lands, then it morphs into trust. Like how you guys trust me even though you don’t even know my name.
Trust is divine.
In all realms.
Yet we’re all “strangers” at the end of the day.
If I ran into one of you guys last night? I wouldn’t have known.
You might recognize me based off my Rolex or the espresso martini in front of me. Lol.
Maybe we meet in passing, you never know. The world works in mysterious ways.
We might be “strangers” but you know things about me that other people in my real life don’t.
Weird. Haven’t really analyzed that one yet.
In due time.
My writing style makes me laugh because it’s actually just whatever I’m thinking about.
One tweet I’m talking to the 4th wall.
Then another tweet will be some wisdom for the world.
Then a political take.
Then give some textbook game.
Then I’ll go on rant.
I guess this account really is the @mindofachaser.

As a single man you should have an empty fridge.
Go open your fridge right now. If it’s stocked and full, you’re spending too much time at home.
You don’t have time to be sitting at home. Want to watch sports? Go to a bar. Want to watch a movie? Go to the theater. Hungry? Go pick up food, or sit down and have dinner by yourself. Want to play video games? Go find a sport or hobby to do in real life.
The driven man. The obsessed man. The winner.
He’s not dragging his feet at home for hours on end.
When I was broke and living alone my friends joked about my cold empty apartment and the expired snacks in my pantry.
My fridge was literally empty.
I ate on the go. I picked up food. I ate at my parents. I ate at my friends. I ate at the job site. I was out hustling, working, meeting people, doing anything I could to get rich.
As a single man your home is a place where you fuck, sleep, shower, and use the bathroom. That’s it. Aside from that, gtfo. You have no girl and no kids. Wtf are you doing at home by yourself?
Home is the HQ. You come back to base. Load the magazines. Take counts. Have a quick MRE. And back to war you go.
Life is out there.
Remote work. In home gym. Uber eats. Streaming. Scrolling. None of it is natural. Your ancestors didn’t sit in their huts all day. They went out and hunted.
Go outside. See things. Learn things. Meet people. Make memories. Have stories. Live a life worth telling.
What will your kids say? What story will your grandkids hear? That your 20’s were spent scrolling and optimizing to save a few extra dollars and minutes?
You get one shot. Don’t die in comfort before you ever try living.
If you’re reading this, alone, at home right now.
Get up. Do 50 pushups. Get dressed. Go to the closest bar or restaurant and have a chill night by yourself.
Sober. Drunk. High. Whatever.
Just get out there and live.
You never know what will follow, or who you’ll meet…

I sometimes wonder why my X account is popular.
I have no theme. No niche. No face. And yet you mfs follow along. I really just keep it real. Speak the truth, emotions aside. Analyze life in real time. Journal each day as raw and as honest as I can. This shit is therapeutic tbh.
I also have a unique writing style. This is apparent when I scroll and read other tweets. This shit was looking like LinkedIn before the algo change. And even so? AI changed the world already. You’ll never see a feed that isn’t, on some level, sanitized by AI.
Sad.
So that’s where MOAC comes in.
The @mindofachaser. Fire username if I do say so myself.
If y’all fuck with me on here? Imagine my aura irl. No self-glaze. Objectively speaking.
I could end up the Governor of my state.
Dead serious.
I could also end up laid up in by the Mediterranean for months on end, printing globally.
Who knows?
God knows.
Do you know how good it feels to think something and know with 100% certainty that you can manifest it?
The true limitless pill.
All those tweets about the obsessed man. The Brute De Force duplicates. Blah blah blah.
It’s that.
Mfs just love to romanticize shit. It’s a skill. I can tap into it sometimes but not really my frequency most times.
Those mfs can say the same shit I say, but in cursive. The mystique. The noir. The eeriness. The sex appeal of being a winner.
Everyone loves the stories. The characters. The lore.
For me?
I cut through all that shit. I’m with the trenches.
That cursive isn’t doing much for some of yall.
So let me say it in BOLD.
You all have that ability.
You just have to believe.
You just have to look within.
You already have all the answers.
You just don’t know that yet.
*scrolls up*
How tf did I get to this thought?
*re-reads tweet.*
Nah, that’s facts.
I guess that’s why y’all follow me. Lol.
If I actually remember correctly, I used to have like $20k cash to my name back in 2020.
The reason I can’t remember it is because my mind was always looking forward.
Iykyk.
Driving. Eating. Working. Going to bed. Can’t sleep. Dreaming a life making $20k a month. What would I drive? BMW? Porsche? Nah not enough money for a Porsche. Two years? Nah. One year.
Always dreaming.
Always planning.
Always trying.
Yeah.
I wasn’t staying broke.
Do you understand?
Your mind is the only battle you need to win.
Read that again.
Your mind is the only battle you need to win.
Once that’s been decided?
That is your destiny.
It’s not a matter of if, only when.
Case in point?
I made that decision to win back in 2020.
Now?
I’m sitting in this recliner that my fiancé bought for breastfeeding our child that is due.
In my parent’s basement?
Nah.
In a penthouse apartment now. Fridge of food she made for us. Pantry full of groceries she got. Place decorated. Walk by the mirror. Shit. My arms look good. Hair slicked back. Juiced mf.
Money?
Networth, 1.5 or something. Whatever.
Cashflow?
$50k a month.
Cash?
Last time I counted, I have around $645,000 liquid.
Real estate?
Who knows.
Am I rich?
Yeah.
Tweeting from my anon X account that noone in my life knows about.
Now I read a tweet from my friend, another anon who I haven’t heard from in a while.
Can see the wink in the words.
Now I’m placing a buy order for $26k of a stock that I don’t even know if he’s even advising for or against. Lol.
Too much cash is dangerous. I need this $1.2M deal to close asap.
E jebiga.
It’s only $26k.
Only two weeks worth…

Late 20s start to expose you.
Your early 20s?
- Big talk
- Big ideas
- Big dreams
- Big excuses
- Plenty of “next years”
But now 30 is closing in.
And deep down, you know you’ve been doing things wrong.
Good. That pressure you feel? You need it.
Because self-accountability is the only way out.
You cannot win at life without it.
It’s very simple.
You get what you deserve in life.
*barring true uncontrollable events.
- Your physique
- Your job/business
- Your bank account
- Your family
- Your daily life
It’s all a reflection of your choices.
The second you admit:
- You’ve wasted time
- You’ve lied to yourself
- You’ve avoided the work
- You’ve made excuses
Everything starts to change.
Most people never get there.
They hide behind:
- The economy
- Bad luck
- Their boss
- Their parents
- “Mental health”
Blame is easy.
Accountability is brutal.
But accountability works.
The shift happens when you start owning everything.
You’re late?
Should’ve left earlier.
You’re broke?
Should’ve worked more hours and saved more.
You’re fat?
Should’ve eaten better, and trained harder.
You’re “behind” in life?
Should’ve made better decisions.
Every little excuse compounds into your character.
But once you take full ownership, the growth is scary.
- You become disciplined
- You seek challenge
- You stop fearing failure
- You start winning
I’ve been on both sides.
- Broke
- Bitter
- Depressed
A loser.
The day it changed was the day I said:
I’m the problem.
And the only way out?
Is through.
Take full accountability for everything.
And start small.
Every problem?
Blame yourself.
Be accountable.
Learn from mistakes.
Analyze everything.
And move forward.
The choice is always yours.
The person they bury one day will be the person YOU built.
No one else.
Build someone today that you’ll be proud of tomorrow.
The more we progress in this K-shaped economy, the more you should shift your focus in business. You should only invest in, sell to, rent to, and focus on the top of the K. Anything else is a race to the bottom.
Perfect example. One of my bigger accounts asked me to do a job. I sent them a bid for $62,000 and asked for a 30% deposit so I could order parts and schedule the install.
I showed up to their office. I shot the shit with the owner. We talked about life, kids, daycare, business, and politics. We laughed and joked. He handed me a check for the full $62,000. I hadn't even ordered the parts or pulled the permit and I already got paid for the entire job.
These are the types of customers you need to focus on. They are everywhere.
In K shaped economies the assets owners only get richer. They are not really worried about the gas prices, or the mortgage rates, or grocery prices. Frankly, they’ve never been richer.
The people at the top of the K are the ones you want to surround yourself with. The ones who understand relationships, that pay their bills on time, if not early. They're the intelligent ones. They're the ones that won't nitpick. They're the ones that understand what good service, loyalty, and good business really mean.
Think with this philosophy, not only professionally but personally, and start ridding yourself of any parasites at the bottom of the K who all share the same traits of negativity, lack of accountability, and a scarcity mindset.
You'll notice your life only improves and flourishes when you're only surrounded by higher vibrations, better energy, good vibes, more competence, higher intelligence, and more money.
Focus on the top of the K and forget about the rest.
Do that and then maybe you’ll find yourself in my shoes when some old boomer in tattered Carhartts with $100m in real estate hands you a $62k check and tells you to “go crazy”. Lol.
Back to the bag…
💰🏃🏻♂️🏁💨
GM. Here’s a check for $27k for a job that I did in 3 days.
That’s more than my entire business made in all of 2022, when I started. Now I’m on track to gross over $1M in 2026.
$5k of this job goes to pops, $7k to another sub, $7k to my supplier, and $8k profit to me.
$8k profit in 3 days. Really used to take me 3 months of commuting to a bullshit corporate “stepping stone” job, only to report to a 32 year old single girl boss to make $8k net. That was back in 2020.
Your life can change quick when you lock tf in and take full accountability.
Everyone wants their life to change overnight. It doesn’t work that way. It really takes 5 years for your mind to really transform even if the money is already there. Might seem like a long time but I’m telling you it’s not. And it truly is the best part of the journey.
5 years is all it takes to change your life and your family’s life for an eternity.
Talk about an infinite ROI.
So if you feel stuck or like you missed your chance? Eradicate that thought immediately.
The best time to start was 5 years ago, the second best time is today.
Winners win.
Real estate is cool because you really can just do things and create alpha out of thin air.
You’re not going into a company on the stock market and just drumming up some random deal you made up in your head on the spot to finagle a few hundred k here and there.
Real estate? You actually can. Real estate to me is peak business. Old time shit.
Wheelin’ and dealin’.
Just today I found out a patch of land in between my building and the one next to us is practically unclaimed.
I tell my landscaper mow the grass, throw two loads of gravel down, rented two trailer parking spots for $250 a month.
Bought a storage container for $2.5k put it at my other building. Rented for $150 a month. 72% cash on cash.
It’s just everyday soemthing. This is this week, next week something else.
Call this person. They don’t want to sell but don’t want to deal with it? Ok. Rent with option to buy? Sure.
You want $1m for this property? Ok, hold the note to make it favorable for me? Sure.
You can just do things.
Everything else is cope.
Take it from someone who made millions since Covid for myself and my family.
There is lot of opportunity to come. Never doom. Stay prepared. Stack cash. Keep learning. Keep underwriting. Keep calling.
Luck just equals opportunity plus preparation.
Nothing else.
I got lucky during Covid.
Changed my whole family’s life with a couple hundred k equity from my parents four rentals, my cash, brother’s cash, and parent’s cash.
I backed up the truck to the bank, got my loans, and started getting to the bag like my life depended on it (it did).
$7k a month gross in 2020 from the rentals to now around $90k a month.
It’s fucking nuts I’m ngl. Like big life changer. Now my parents can retire comfortably. Portfolio will compound on its own.
In my life at this rate I’m going, 9 figures is expected without really killing my self.
Which is a crazy statement because I really was broke in 2020 with no clear path. My parents were just kinda skating by middle class. Would’ve retired at 65-67, downsized the house, take social security + 250-300k in retirement + $4-5k month cash flow from rentals. Solid but not rich.
Even before that we were like really really refugee broke. Like government milk at the front door.
Now it’s, “should we buy something in FL next time we stack up cash?” Lol
American Dream is alive and well. Anything. And I mean, anything else.
Is cope.
You either want it or you don’t.

Wanted too much for the storage but wanted less for the two contractor garage buildings.
$1.3m and $1.6m. We only had enough money for the $1.3m so my parents and I bought that and I told them we’ll take the $1.6m off their plates with a two year lease with an-option to buy at $1.6. Take over all ops and leases and pay them $10k a month to rent it from them NNN. I sublet at $12.5-13k a month.
Made the difference for 2 years and now just bought it with my parents today.

P.S. you’re kind of right on that but not my bag (for the moment) I enjoy the business game irl .. too much of an old soul maybe.
As a man you need to know your family tree. Know the family stories. The names. The folklore. The history.
Not just your grandparents. But your great-grandparents. Their siblings. Their tree. See what came before you. Who came before you. The names. The traditions. The people. The souls. All of those people came, survived, laughed, cried, loved, lived entire lives with their own dreams, wishes, desires, sorrow, stories, and passed that for you to be where you are now.
And you sit there, doom scrolling, and complaining?
Smh.
Don’t mean to sound harsh but it is disgraceful in a way.
Not understanding your ancestors or knowing where you came from is simply a disservice to those who came before you. As a man, your legacy is your duty. Your purpose. Your kin. Your family. All that other shit is for the birds.
Humans as for as long as time have been familial and tribal. Men would have as many sons as possible to carry the family name and further the lineage. Transfer lands. Honor the family crest. They would marry off their daughters carefully to worthy families. Ensuring a better life for them.
Now you talk about these natural, simple, and innate concepts and about your duty as a man and some shell of a man on X yells “it’s not that serious bro”.
Trust me. It is.
Find a couple of old home videos of yourself. Put them on tonight instead of another Netflix show. Put them on tonight instead of doom scrolling for the 700th night in a row.
Pick a video from when you were a baby. Find one before you were born. Watch your family. Study the room. See your parents. See your grandparents. See your siblings. See yourself.
Who’s where. Who’s doing what. Who’s saying what. The times. The style. The stories. The memories.
That is family.
That is life.
Do yourself a favor and throw on a home video tonight and thank me later.
gn,
@mindofachaser
Life hack: spend your night watching old home videos.
Your family before you were born.
You as a baby.
Who was around.
Study it.
That’s your legacy.
We are the first generation with direct ancestral insight.
As a man, you will recalibrate instantly.
Believe me.
It just happened to me.
This is advice btw.
You should do it.
Or you can go back to scrolling.
Idc either way.

Made the difference for 2 years and now just bought it with my parents today.
Closed on a $1.6 million industrial building today.
It was part of a 2 year lease to own option that we have finally closed on. 9 contractor garage units.
Walked into the lawyer's office with a ladybug on my jacket. In our culture that means money is coming. Fitting.
Another closing with my parents. It never gets old. Always wholesome. All the long days, late nights, arguments, and everything in between. These wins are always the cherry on top.
We came to this country as refugees. My parents, 2 kids, 4 suitcases, pocket full of cash. Lived in a tiny Section 8 apartment. Lived in a U-Haul at one point. My parents worked themselves into the ground just to give us some kind of start.
When I got to the healm, in 2020, I took the four single family rentals they had for their retirement and ran it up into an empire that throws off $1m a year in rent. Now money isn't the problem anymore. Within 28 years in America we built generational wealth. The problem now is what to do with it, and how to raise kids and grandkids who don't go rotten because of it.
Funny how that works. You spend years building wealth and then your biggest problem becomes how to live with it.
Now the lesson… because every deal has one.
This was a 2-year lease with an option to purchase. I rented from the seller and subleased each unit and kept the margin. Before AI, before I knew better, I used the first lawyer I could find. He drafted the option and left out the terms we had verbally agreed on with the seller. Now I’m paying 7.35% vs 5% seller financing.
That mistake cost me a couple hundred grand over the life of this loan. Still returns a cash on cash of 10% (should have been closer to 15%).
It is what it is. In life, if you caught lackin’, you deserve it. The next option I draft will have every detail in it, down to the shirt I'm wearing at closing lol.
You make the mistake once. You take it on the chin. You never make it again.
That's the game.
💰🏃🏻♂️🏁💨
New deal alert. $1.6m industrial real estate deal.
Rent-to-own option exercised and purchase and sales agreement signed.
This deal started two years ago as a rent-to-own with an option to buy.
I found the seller by calling a number on the side of the road for a storage facility. The storage numbers didn't make sense, but they had these other garage units next door they were calling contractor garages. I saw perfect contractor garages. We ended up buying one of the buildings.
We didn't have enough cash for the second one, so I made a different deal. I became their triple net tenant and paid one fixed price every month. I managed the building and subleased each unit myself and kept the spread (1.6k a month). All of it built around an option to buy the property at $1.6m with an exercise date two years out.
This entire time I've been running both buildings like they're mine. In reality I owned one and held an option on the other.
I went to exercise the option earlier this month and that's where I learned a valuable lesson. Never trust an attorney. The one I used put together the lease and the option but never put together the purchase and sales agreement or terms for when I actually exercise. If I had Claude back in 2024 I would have been better off drafting it myself.
Seller spent the last month trying to get out of the deal and negotiate new terms. He's pissed he ever signed the option because the building is worth at least $2m now. When I told him I was exercising, he said he'd sell it for $2.2m. I told him we already signed at $1.6m. He didn't remember signing that two years ago. Tough luck. It's all legal and the price is locked.
A month of going back and forth and it's finally signed on both sides with a closing date at the end of the year. Ideally I would have had seller financing, but my attorney forgot to put that in the option too, so now I go to the bank.
That makes two properties under contract by the end of the year. One at $1.2m closing in September, this one at $1.6m closing in December, and a verbal yes for a third at $700k as well.
We'll find out if I bit off more than I can chew with a baby on the way in the next few weeks. Last time I did this many deals in this short of a window was the COVID era. I ended up with chest pain and flashing white lights in my eyes from the stress but that was then and this is now.
Before it was me myself and I brute forcing and learning my way through it all. Now I have a team of 12 and systems behind me and shit has been going smooth.
Used to dream about times like this. Now it’s just Tuesday.
Back to the bag!

P.S. No Rollie flick td just a $50k deposit…
Living in a small town is one of the last places where life still feels real.
Where not everything is perfectly curated by some PE excel nerd to suck out every last penny out of you. It’s still about the principle of things here. For the love of the game. Status bears nothing here. We’re all just locals.
You notice nothing feels real anymore? You go to Paris, it feels like Paris, but it’s not really… Paris. You go to LA and it’s LA, but it’s not really… LA. You go to New Orleans and it’s New Orleans but it’s not really… New Orleans.
The old days. Gone. Now? We’re in some twisted cyber punk reality. Is it cool and has its perks in its own way? Yeah. But like every generation, I yearn for the good days that used to be.
Back when the speedometer in your car was a speedometer. Not a screen. Back when you hit the “internet” button on your flip phone and you quickly hit end to cancel before you get charged for data.
Slow. Pure. Inefficient. Communal. Morale. An analog life. A proper society.
Now you go to Times Square and that charm just isn’t there. The vibes. The feel. The life.
You used to watch sports and teams used to have rivalries. Real pain. Real joy. Players were loyal to franchises. Now? It’s all a hyper capitalized goyified arcade version of the legends of the past. Fast paced. Curated. Everything to get every last dollar and distraction out of the people watching. (Roman circus)
Everything is institutionally owned or PE owned or whatever. Drive by a strip mall and it’s all neutral colors. No risks. Maximizing the amount of human eye balls that will take to it and come and spend money.
Everyone playing it safe to profit these days. To be the most efficient. The innovators of tomorrow won’t be the ones with the material edge, they’ll be the ones with authenticity. That feel. That vibe. The good ol’ days.
Small towns still have that.
Everything’s wholesome. Everything’s real. The good. The bad.
Once you know that life, it becomes difficult to leave…
My girl asked me if we’re staying in my hometown forever.
She gets these moments where the thought scares her, which I understand. She’s in a town she never planned on living in. She only ended up here because she fell in love with the boy (ofc).
Every six months or so, I have to walk her through why it’s impossible for me to answer that. Firstly, with a child on the way that alone will change everything. Secondly, external factors are impossible to predict. The most likely version of our life that I can plan is living a little here and a little elsewhere, either way the family is protected and provided for. What I can tell her is that we’re not living a boomer life buying a cookie cutter house in the suburbs and staying there for 30 years. Those days are over.
That’s true for most people nowadays, let alone somebody like me. Somebody like me moves the needle every day. If I make $600,000 this year, then I could make $1m next year working less. From there, maybe $1.5m, maybe $5m. Maybe I hit it big on a different business. Maybe I don’t. Who knows? There’s no limit and an infinite amount of possibilities that life could go when you’re a true entrepreneur and “risk” taker. And that’s all if everything in our lives goes to plan, God willing.
Without selling her a dream, I have to explain these things to her. She’s from a middle-class suburb where her family lived the prototypical American boomer life: same house for 30 years, same corporate jobs, same cars. She’s used to stability. As much as she yearns for a more exciting life, it’s not something she actually knows.
On my end, all I know is change. Every three years, a different life. Refugees. Section 8. Then a house, then another, then another. Mom in school while working. Dad picking up side jobs, then starting his own business. That’s all I know, so it’s hard for me to tell her one thing or the other.
Then there’s the friends part. That’s a whole other post in itself. In a small market with no transplants, it’s very hard to meet people.
Conversations like this remind me that it’s everso important to check in and be on the same page with your life partner. It’s important she knows who she’s with, and vice versa
Every king needs a queen, and every queen needs a king. The king sees the whole board. The queen moves across all of it. Neither one wins alone.
The ones who study the board together move as one and the game bends towards them. The ones who play their own game on the same board lose to a stranger.
Always remember, a king can’t force a checkmate on his own.

Either consume to create or get off social media.
You don’t need more information.
You don’t need more “game.”
You don’t need more podcasts.
You need to embrace the suck.
You need to get uncomfortable.
You need to stop scrolling.
Half of you are nodding along to content about discipline while you are literally procrastinating by watching it.
You feel seen.
You feel understood.
You feel “motivated.”
Then you do nothing.
That is the trap.
This new X feature that shows where people are from should be a reality check.
You are building your worldview off some guy 6,000 miles away with a ring light, a formula, AI, and some bots.
You treat what you see on X as gospel.
You treat follower counts like resumés.
You confuse virality with credibility.
It has never been easier to fake it online.
That is why there are “winners” everywhere on your feed.
Yet in real life, you don’t see them.
That should raise suspicion.
If you followed an account that just got exposed, ask yourself:
- Did they actually give you anything real?
- Or did you just get high off how their content made you feel?
Be a skeptic, not a hater.
Not a bitter normie.
A professional analyzer.
Audit people.
Audit yourself.
Receipts.
Depth.
Details that can’t be faked.
Skin in the game you can verify.
If someone can prove they live what they preach, fine, let them influence you.
If not, they’re just another hit of dopamine pretending to be “value.”
You scrolling, liking, and saving content that never changes your behavior is just another addiction.
The more you scroll and feel good, the more you wire your brain into an endless comfortable dopamine black hole.
Either use this app to build.
Or log off and build in silence.
The real wins start when you stop watching and start doing.

Gambling is the ultimate lack of discipline.
You’re that lazy?
You’re that afraid of work?
That you want your money handed to you.
Solely due to chance.
Had nothing to do with your capabilities, without any accomplishments.
In fact you only won because you lost the internal battle against yourself.
Tough.
I’ll be over here counting my money.
In my penthouse.
Eating the dinner my girlfriend cooked and prepared for me for the 435th time in a row.
Hair slicked back.
Looking like the Eastern-European version of Patrick Bateman.
Wearing a grey wife-beater.
Grey shorts.
Fresh white socks.
Blue-light blockers.
Fresh off a 12 hour day.
Post workout.
Post shower.
Post dinner.
Post supplements.
Ashwagandha tea on my left.
Water on my right.
Ready to clock in another 2-3 hours, go to bed for 7 hours, snooze 3 times, drink a glass of water, and do it again.
Everyday.
You’re competing against people like me.
Sell the Xbox.
Delete TikTok.
Delete Instagram.
Focus.
On the man in the mirror…
Even today, I had meetings with maybe 7 millionaires.
My life is like a hillbilly version of Trump’s: The Art Of The Deal.
That’s my life.
Today?
Netted, not made, not grossed, not sold.
But profited.
Profit, the forbidden word of social media.
I profited $1,557.50 today.
Made new connections.
Learned new things.
Collected information.
Built relationships.
I’m outside.
I’m shaking hands.
Learning from all realms.
The car ride over to the meeting.
The homeless woman who hits on you in traffic.
The general population.
All stories.
That’s life.
If you’re a man who works remotely, especially under 30?
Get the fuck out of the house.
Respectfully.
Get a co-working desk space.
Rent an office.
Rent a closet.
Just get outside.
See things.
Meet people.
Become a man.
Native Americans used to send their boys out to the woods to become men.
Same thing.
Put down the phone.
Stop the scrolling.
Stop making the easy decision.
Scroll.
Swipe.
Watch.
Consume.
You think the biggest gamble you take is the one you put in Draft Kings?
The biggest gamble are the decisions you’re making every day.
Wake up.

Got dinner with a couple of my life long friends last night.
Great conversations.
You know, the ones you have and then someone says “could’ve just made a podcast from these conversations.”
1 friend owns a supplement ecom brand.
1 friend is in the restaurant business with foreign RE investments.
All 3 of us come from refugee families, from ex-Yugoslavia.
*Most of my friends, esp. growing up, have similar backgrounds (Eastern Europeans, Africans, Asians, etc.).
*Growing up in a refugee resettlement area is a different kind of childhood, I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
**more on this another time
When I ‘work’?
I truly ‘work’.
I don’t have FOMO, I don’t wish I was doing _____, I don’t complain, I just lock in and do what I need to do.
💡When I don’t ‘work’?
Then I don’t ‘work’.
I don’t stress.
I don’t worry about emails.
I don’t think about what I have to do tomorrow.
I’m 100% present.
I turn that ‘work’ part of my brain off.
This is important and a superpower. 🧠
Being in between worlds means you never fully get what you need from either.
Think about it.
You’re working late but friends are at the beach or at the restaurant and you got FOMO?
Then you can’t focus and put in the 100% mental focus and energy you need to.
At that point you’re better off just closing the laptop and calling it a day.
Same thing the other way around.
Don’t be out with your girl or your friends and think about ‘work’.
If it’s that important then you should be ‘working’!
Now, you’re not 100% present or listening or enjoying, and that’s not benefiting you or anyone else.
Learn to be 100% mentally present in whatever you do.
True duality.
*Obviously sometimes your ‘work’ and pleasure will cross paths but you need to learn to turn it off when needed.
Learn that skill, first.
Then you can move on to the next level of thinking. 🧠
💡When you get to the point where you figure out all parts of life = work, that’s when you truly start to grow and connect dots at rapid speed.
Let me elaborate on this. 🗣️
Separating work & life is easy when you walk into an office to clock in, and you clock out on the way out.
If you’re “in business”, everything you see, do, hear, can benefit you, teach you, you can learn from or can be an opportunity.
Every interaction.
Every conversation.
Even people watching!
Look around the restaurant.
Notice the couples that are on their phones.
What does that tell you?
Notice the guy who’s over sharing to the table.
Why is he doing that?
Notice the bartender who’s clearly way better at his job than his co-worker.
Why is he better?
You can learn from it all.
Last night I saw a bar back.
Dude was zipping around.
Super efficient.
Cleaning, taking orders, organizing, decisive.
Did more than he needed to.
Joked with people.
If you keep your eyes and mind open, you can learn from all of these people and how they act and what they do.
The world is all about learning, from all realms.
You can learn from a bar back, a farmer, a teacher, a painter, a basketball player, etc.
💡Business is just understanding other humans and the world, and how it all comes together.
Take the wisdom, lessons, skills, analogies, ideas, tips, experience and years of life, that has already been lived before you.
And learn from it all.
You might already have the dots, you just need to connect them.
🤝🏼💪🏼🧠
P.S. the restaurant biz friend bought a nice new Starbucks. ⌚️
We joked about how we used to sell hotdogs until 3 am when we were teens for $10/hr with goals to make $1k a week. 😂
Funny part?
Those were the good days.

Just got to my usual spot for dinner.
Two best friends are on their way. Group of four girls and another friend of mine, are on their way as well.
I’m sitting here by the fire alone (I enjoy time alone), waiting for my food.
Chillin’. Analyzing. Seeing things.
Two fires down from me there is a big group. Late 20s/early 30s.
8 of them. Half guys, half girls. Funnily enough one of the girls I had a thing with, she’s now married to a huge trust fund guy. Good for her.
The conversations they’re having is the most small talk bullshit I’ve ever heard in my life.
“Yeah so how do you like working for Morgan Stanley?”
“Oh yeah it’s great, benefits are great.”
Other guy asks a girl “so are you a 1099 in your role?”
Holy shit.
If I’m ever in a group like this on a Saturday night I will personally throw myself in the fire in front of everyone.
When my boys pull up with their group of smokes it’ll be funny to watch the group go silent as they lose their status in the room, instantly.
Never gets old.
You can’t hide instincts.

As I leave the city of Buenos Aires one thing stands out more than the Parisian buildings, the steaks, the soccer, the climate, or anything else.
That one thing is the people.
Simple as that.
Argentinians are incredible. Proud. Caring. Funny. Hospitable. And energetic. Didn’t meet a single one who gave off a bad vibe, even the suspect looking ones. Lol.
They got that European lifestyle and vibe, with the Latin American strength and grittiness.
They are now only behind Irish people for me (Irish people are one of a kind).
The city itself and what I saw of the country was a second world country that clearly used to be in a better state.
From talking to the locals it seems they had the same fate that the US is now dealing with.
Huge welfare state. Over regulation. Corruption. Spending more than you make. Huge wealth gap. Inflation. Bad financial decisions, one after the other.
You can tell the infrastructure is still there in the main parts of the cities from the 1900s, but outside it’s not the same.
As I drove and walked around I drew a lot of similarities between the cities in the states and the one I saw in front of my eyes.
Overall, human nature is undefeated and the patterns always remain the same. The big difference we have going for us in America is the checks and balances that the founding fathers created, for now.
That’s all for now for my quick BA take.
Up tomorrow morning for our flight to Chile and to keep the adventure going.
All the while I answer emails, Slacks, and texts about the bag back home.
Life, work.
Work, life.
It’s all the same.
Just blessed to be able to have the health and wealth to travel the world one country at a time.

How silly of me, I forgot to mention their best super weapon for keeping people from having babies…
Murder.
Oops. I mean… abortions.
Oops. I mean… “women empowerment!”
Took me all of three weeks with a child to realize how backwards our society is and how the vast majority of the world’s problems would be solved by having more babies.
Women wouldn’t have the time or energy or interest to get involved in politics. They simply would not give a fuck. Feminism would actually mean feminism aka let’s actually empower women to do their superhuman duties of having kids (not a bad thing) vs the hijacked societal psyop of feminism that consists of “i can do that middle management job for 75k as good as you!”
More babies would mean men have a purpose again. They’d actually care about their neighborhoods. Eventually they’d stand up for what’s right simply due to the fact that they have a child and would morally (and survival instincts) not be complete pussies. They’d also have something to protect and provide for. Mental health numbers would improve. I’m sure innovation, nationalism, and productivity would improve too. I mean, they would have to get up off their asses. Not jerk off, gamble, doom scroll, feel sorry for themselves and smoke weed all day.
Having children would solve everything. Should everyone have kids? No. Will you ever be ready? No. Will you be fine regardless? Yes. At the end of the day it will be the best and hardest thing you’ve ever done… as it should be.
Having a child is the single most important thing a human can do. Simple as that. Any other opinion is either cope or proof you are that far removed from any state of survival (real world) aka first world problems. Hence why civilizations tend to have these issues when life is so good. You have other desires. You have thoughts. Other ideas.
When you have a kid you don’t have that, at least, not in that way.
Children are the single most important thing on this planet. It is the next generation. The innovators. The dreamers. The vitality. The life of us all.
That is why they try so hard to keep you from doing just that. Dating apps. Porn. Hook up culture. Algorithms feeding off of your lustful nature. Even the push for homosexuality.
Our society is so backwards that it’s still taboo for a woman to pull her breasts out to literally feed her child, but on the flip side Sydney Sweeney’s tits are on every billboard with everyone staring.
One is righteous.
One is degenerate.
One is life.
One is lust.
One is good.
One is evil.
Once you see it you’ve escaped.
The thing about women that most guys die without ever understanding is that most of the time you have to allow a bad decision to occur (aka let them make a bad decision) just so they can see why their decision was retarded to begin with.
This is a daily SOP for successfully living with a woman.
Where to eat. What to buy. What to do. How to drive. It’s everything and anything.
Women are emotional. They are also illogical. Women are caring. They are also irrational. For every great quality (Yin) they have there is the flip side (Yang) aka the shit that makes no sense.
Take tonight for an example. It’s 3:24 am as I write this. Why am I awake? Because my girl talked to her old friend (liberal chick with a simp husband) who had a kid two years ago.
The friend told my girl the night routine that worked best for them (her, deff not the guy) with a newborn was to both wake up in the middle of the night. Guy changes the diaper (3 minute task) while the girl got ready to breast feed (1 hour ordeal regardless) and that worked best for them (I can assure you the guy was miserable).
I came home from work yesterday late (aka my girl was already emotional/sad/mad/whatever) and she goes “we should do this…” blah blah blah.
I said to myself “that’s retarded but there’s no reasoning let me say yes and she’ll find out in less than 12 hours why it’s retarded.”… “doesn’t really make sense to me but let’s try it” I go (knowing this is a dumb idea).
So we tried it. It’s now 3:54am… I have since migrated to the couch in the living room to try to go back to sleep after my literal 2 minute diaper change at *checks clock* 2:02 am.
And, like clockwork, at 3:54am my girl shuffles over from the bedroom in her own walk of shame and says “are you mad at me?”
“No.” I laugh.
“Ok… that’s good. You know… you were right, that wasn’t such a good idea.”
No shit.
And that’s how it’s done gentlemen.
