Starshield is a military service owned and controlled by the US government. Customers are US DoD, NRO, Space Force, and select US allies.
Thus using Starlink for weapons is not possible, nor is it guaranteed to work reliably in such edge cases.
Elon Musk is not responsible for restrictions placed for military grade Starshield service availability - no matter how much legacy media likes to make such claims.
