engenes, i want everyone to take the time to read this, even though it’s a long post. i want you to understand the situation better because there has been so much misinformation circulating on the tl. first, collaborations. collaborations can be a smart strategy, BUT the challenge is making sure that the exchange is actually beneficial to your team. you need to consider whether the collaboration is truly giving your team an advantage. collaborations also require a lot of work from both sides. you need to check the proofs, verify the numbers, and make sure you’re actually receiving the agreed amount of votes. it’s not simply about partnering with another fandom. you have to make sure the arrangement benefits your team. second, daesang and bonsang are two different awards. please understand that these are not the same thing. daesang: only one winner. bonsang: 10 winners. the groups that win bonsang receive the same trophy, while daesang has only one winner and one trophy. this means that even if we rank between 2nd and 5th in bonsang but secure 1st place in daesang, we still win the daesang. however, if we rank 1st in bonsang but 2nd in daesang, we don’t take home the daesang. THE RANKING IN BONSANG HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RANKING IN DAESANG. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS. please understand the difference before making assumptions or spreading misinformation. we need to look at the bigger picture and understand what we’re actually fighting for.
