Sunday homework for founders. ✋
Open Claude. Paste this:
"Go to [your site]. Sign up as a brand new user. Go through onboarding like a real customer. Give me the top 5 things to fix, with what you saw at each step."
When I ran it, it found our onboarding never asks you to create a booking type.
That's the whole product. 🤦
Then it mocked up the fix.
Your customers won't tell you.
Your dashboard won't tell you.
A robot pretending to be a new user will.
Takes 5 minutes. Run it before Monday. 🌶️

This color palette is exactly what I would want my dream home office/library to look like:
• Floor-to-ceiling bookshelves
• Massive mahogany desk
• Marble bar in the corner
Ideally this is also underground and only reachable through a secret door.
Just got a call from @cryptocom customer service.
He asked if I just logged in from Canada: I said, "Oh Yeah"
Then he asked did you also attempt to change the phone number to last digit 4131: I said, "Oh yeah that was me too"
He hung up right away 😂
oh shit I have some songs
if youre new to youtube, broke and want money quick
start AI sleep music channels
make some AI songs, generate a background, animate it for 10s and loop it. thats literally it
run 3 to 5 channels for 30 days and at least one usually hits. just make sure the order of the songs is always different
demonetization can happen but its way less than people think. get into an mcn if you can
wont make you rich but a good one is easy 500-2k a month

My SaaS hit 5M users! 🥳
I launched this a bit over a year ago and it’s a crazy ride so far.
The funny part is I sat on the idea for a year before ever launching it.
I’m preparing a 5M users milestone video breaking down my strategy soon.
Don’t doubt your ideas, ship them🫡

this guy might be a fucking genius
he built a fitness page around an AI generated blue character, posts simple workout / muscle growth slideshows and then sells a $19.99 workout blueprint through the page
no face
no filming workouts
no personal brand needed
just:
-> AI character
-> useful fitness content
-> consistent visual style
-> link in bio to the product
the page is already at 325k+ followers
he basically turned one made-up character into the face of an entire fitness brand
this is the kind of AI content use case i find way more interesting than random AI slop

WHAT IS ZONE 2?
I would like to condense 30 years of work and research in muscle physiology, metabolism, and bioenergetics into how I understand and describe Zone 2 from a bioenergetic perspective.
I have explained these concepts many times over the years in podcasts, interviews, lectures and posts, but I have never tried to bring the entire metabolic story together visually.
So here it is: 30 years of work and research condensed into five slides, in an AI-produced carousel that I guided scientifically, concept by concept.
For me, Zone 2 is not simply a heart rate, power output, pace or lactate number…It is a METABOLIC STATE.
It is the intensity at which mitochondrial and bioenergetic demand is the highest, while the cell can still maintain METABOLIC EQUILIBRIUM.
And when that equilibrium begins to break, we start moving away from Zone 2 and into what I describe as METABOLIC DRIFT
This carousel is my attempt to explain my vision of what Zone 2 represents at the biochemical and bioenergetic level.
Identifying where your Zone 2 is can help targeting these cellular and mitochondrial adaptations.

I was asked to summarize everything I needed to do in my Tesla/Grok Bot video from earlier today, so here's an article summarizing everything. I've also built a new Grok Bot Template for the Mac Mini setup (link at bottom of article).

When 8-year-old Derek Jr. became insecure about a large birthmark on his chest, he stopped taking his shirt off to swim.
His dad secretly spent over 30 hours getting the same mark tattooed across his own body.
The gesture gave Derek Jr. the confidence to stop hiding it. ❤️

The era of linear careers is ending.
The most successful people will work illegible career paths by running hundreds of interesting experiments over their lives.
They won't even "monetize" the old way.
They'll just stumble into revenue.

"The scariest email a subscription brand sends is the billing reminder."
@maxwellcopy, Founder of Well Copy, says "a few days before billing, most brands send the standard 'you're about to be charged, here's a button to manage your subscription.'"
"That's a cancellation trigger. Fix the framing and you save a huge chunk of that day's churn."
Here's how:
"Flip the tone from warning to excitement, set the results timeline, and get the cancel button out of their face."
"You can also change the goal of the email entirely."
"Most billing reminders present two options: stay or cancel."
"Reframe it so the choice becomes a win-win for you."
"Your bill is coming, want to upgrade to a quarterly subscription for a big discount and save $30?"
"Now the question in the customer's head isn't 'do I stay or go?'"
"It's 'do I upgrade to quarterly, or stick with monthly?'"

This $100 piece of equipment can help you avoid a lifetime of back pain.
For a decade, I suffered from chronic lower back pain. Then, three years ago I severely herniated a disc at L5-S1. I narrowly avoided emergency surgery, and couldn’t walk for five weeks.
It was the last straw.
I vowed to fix my back once and for all. I went to the ends of the earth, trying everything.
The most effective thing I’ve found, by far, is the simple back extension. It strengthens the entire posterior chain, including the intricate scaffold of muscles that support the spine.
Start with static holds. Then, when you’ve worked up to 2 minutes, start moving as shown below.
Once you can do 3 sets of 30, start adding weight (cradle it in your arms).
Do it twice a week and you’ve got a solid baseline program for preventing and recovering from back problems.

"The single best-performing email in ecomm: the $13.47 store credit email."
@maxwellcopy, Founder of Well Copy, saw it in a random account 4 years ago and kept it forever.
"It wins every single time."
The psychology is loss aversion:
"'10% off' means work. The customer thinks, 'I have to place an order to claim 10% off.'"
"If you have $13.47 in store credit that 'expires tonight,' they feel loss."
"It's like someone pulling a $10 bill out of your wallet."
"Get oddly specific. $16.72, $14.72 etc. The precise number makes it feel like a real loyalty balance, not a promo."
"Then if it works, hammer it."
"Send it as a campaign, put it at the end of your welcome flow, use it for winbacks, and deploy it when you need cash."

Reasons
1. @Strive have no debt
2. $SATA is the most senior claim on their balance sheet
3. $BTC might not at bottom, but close enough
4. Daily dividend? Nice :)

Fifteen years ago, @Coursera and online courses changed education. It worked better than almost anyone expected, expanding access by opening up where you can learn. But how you learn remains largely the same as it has for centuries: it is still one-size-fits-all, taught the same way to each person who shows up.
We now have an opportunity to change how learning happens. With advances in AI, we can now build a custom learning guide for each person. We will turn learning from one‑to‑many to one‑to‑one. I'm starting LearnVector to invent this next generation of learning. We are starting with a $100M investment from Coursera, and plan to collaborate closely with Coursera and Udemy.
Good learning needs much more than just a chatbot. Research shows that chatbots without guardrails harm learning. They help complete tasks and enable students to do better on homework. But cognitive offloading to a chatbot results in them being less skilled. And, you cannot always trust what a chatbot tells you.
In contrast, LearnVector will plan a path with you, adapt to how you learn, and patiently stay with you until you’ve mastered new skills.
One thing has not changed in all this time. People want learning they can trust: material that is accurate, relevant, and worth the effort you put into it. Anything less wastes the most valuable thing a learner has: time. Coursera has a trusted library of materials from authoritative sources. LearnVector plans to work with Coursera to bring this trustworthy learning to everyone. I'm grateful to Greg Hart and the entire Coursera team for supporting LearnVector.
I look forward to working with our talented team to change how we learn, and accelerate human development.

ElevenLabs founders must be SHAKING right now...
for years they owned TTS because nothing open-source sounded human
that’s over... Fish Audio just launched S2.1 Pro and they’re one of the few voice AI companies that also has open-weight models
> clone any voice from a 15 second clip
> type [whispers] or [laughing nervously] into the script and it obeys
> switch languages mid conversation without switching models
the model you used to rent a subscription for is now has a public download model
tinker with the weights on your own gpu or use the api
🤝 Paid partnership
Today we’ve raised $52M Seed and we are announcing the public launch of S2.1 Pro.
>It can clone a voice from 5 seconds of audio
>2x faster than Cartesia & 1/6th the cost of Eleven Labs
>most expressive model with word level control over emotion, intonation, pacing etc
We support frontier AI companies including HeyGen, LiveKit, Retell, Sanas, and OpenArt all run our model in production.
If you're a business and we can't cut your voice AI costs by 50%, we'll give you 1 year of Fish Audio for free.
Book a demo: s.fish.audio/tmapke
To celebrate our first birthday, we'll give you 1 month of S2.1 Pro for free. Like, retweet, and comment “Fish” to get it.

New analysis of 100k+ runners
Faster runners:
-Accumulated 3x the volume of slower runners
-Had proportionally more easy running than higher intensities.
As my HS coach told me years ago, step 1 is figuring out how to run more.
Wholeheartedly agree with this.
Done is 99% better than ‘working on’
