I took a @jess_sims bike bootcamp last night & she gave me the reminder I needed: “Being ready isn’t a feeling; it’s a decision.” I decided to clip in. I decided to spend 30 minutes moving my body. I’m 4.5 months postpartum & I decided I’m ready to dedicate time to myself again!
