Neil Harris, my goodness. Very much a fantastic collective effort in CB5 but I have to say... that man's an absolute machine, delivers almost every time. Has had 13 seasons/stints as a manager, met expectation in 12 (92%) of those, of which he's exceeded expectation or delivered outright success in at least four (31%) - and on course for another. Seems to be a fantastic motivator that players love working for, consistently gets teams performing above the sum of their parts, has Cambridge United well-organised and playing much better football than the stereotype suggests. Possibly not a name, image or managerial brand that quite commands the big offers outside Bermondsey, but that may work in the U's favour. They have an enviable potential for stability, with one of the top managers in League One. The Abbey a great place to be right now. All heil, Bomber 🫡 #CamUTD 🔶▪️
