Our second Eco Roadshow yesterday was another success, with @knightontmet , @UplandsInfants and Highfields Primary taking part in workshops with @TwycrossZoo , @leicesterlibrar and @millgate_school who also kindly hosted and supported the day. All students did brilliantly!
Nicky Morgan, the Rt Hon the Baroness Morgan of Cotes, was our engaging and inspiring Guest Speaker today. She answered the barrage of inquisitive questions from our curious students brilliantly. One student left saying “well I’m being an MP then” Thank you @futuresforalluk
A huge thank you to @ShockatAdam for visiting our school today! 🌟 Your time, encouragement, and engagement with our school committees meant so much. It was an inspiring day for all! 👏📚 #CommunityMatters #InspiringYoungMinds
The @millgate_school football team showed heart, grit, and unity, taking it all the way to penalties. Though the result didn’t go our way, your determination and sportsmanship were truly inspiring. Heads high, heroes. ⚽👏 #Proud #TeamSpirit #Unbreakable

What a great day volunteering at @LOROSHospice cleaning their windows and litter picking. Learning the importance of giving back is massive for our students and it was great to see them throwing themselves into the work selflessly! #community

Today, we hosted a group from @millgate_school. They volunteered to come in & help out tidying up the garden at our Head Office & put in some new plants to add a bit of colour for the summer 🌞
It was a delight to host them, & we are very grateful for their hard work. Well done!
Millgate Gives Back has been a success this academic year with our children feeling involved with their community and paying back in kindness. Let’s see where we give back next year! #mystory #myvoice #myfuture @Discoverytrust
