miley is constantly interacting with her fans whenever she gets the chance, and i will NEVER shut up about it. she might not use social media the way she used to, and i’ll give you that, but at every event she’s attended or organized, she ALWAYS makes time to create moments like these with her fans. no other artist comes close to her in that regard.
