Problem is, Paul uses the same verb in Ephesians 1:6 for the whole church at Ephesus. Nobody thinks they were immaculately conceived.
Jesus being sinless? Scripture says it outright (Heb 4:15). Mary? Nothing. She even calls God her Savior (Luke 1:47).
You can't build a dogma on a participle Paul hands out to every believer.
