Replying to @LeaderJohnThune
Hello Senator Thune, At 3 AM on Friday, March 27th, in a near-empty chamber, you passed a bill by voice vote that excludes all funding for ICE and CBP. Let me repeat that: voice vote. No roll call. No record of who was there. No accountability. Just you, Barrasso, and a handful of senators shuffling paper in the dead of night while America slept. You could have demanded a recorded vote. You chose not to. You could have held the line for five more days until the House returned. You chose not to. You could have used the same procedural tools Democrats have used against you for 40 days. You chose not to. Instead, you gave Chuck Schumer exactly what he asked for, DHS funding minus immigration enforcement, and called it a win. Then you walked to the cameras and blamed the Democrats. Let's be precise about what you did: 1. You caved to a demand Democrats made on Day 1 of this shutdown. Forty-one days of supposed hardball negotiation, and you settled for their opening offer. 2. You handed them a template. The next time Democrats want to defund any agency โ€” ICE, CBP, or anything else โ€” they now know: just shut down DHS and wait. John Thune will fold at 3 AM. 3. You punted to reconciliation. "Good possibility," you said. Not "we will." Not "guaranteed." Just maybe. Meanwhile, ICE operates on fumes from last year's bill with no certainty of future funding. The precedent you set: You have argued for months that the filibuster is sacrosanct. That the 60-vote threshold protects minority rights. That we cannot bend Senate rules for policy wins. But at 3 AM on Friday, you bent every norm that actually mattered: โ€ข Voice vote to avoid accountability โ€ข Empty chamber to avoid debate โ€ข Midnight deal to avoid scrutiny โ€ข Immediate recess to avoid questions You'll bend the rules to avoid a fight. You just won't bend them to win one. What you've actually accomplished: Democrats demanded ICE restrictions. They got ICE defunded. Not reformed. Not restrained. Defunded. And you're out here tweeting about how Democrats are the "Defund the Police" party while you just voted to defund border enforcement at 3 in the morning. The question you should answer: Why did this deal have to happen at 3 AM? Why couldn't it happen at 3 PM, with cameras rolling and every senator on record? You know why. Because you didn't want your voters to see what surrender looks like. Here's my message: We saw it anyway. Stop hiding behind "Democrat obstruction." You're the Majority Leader. You set the schedule. You control the floor. You chose this outcome. Own it.

President Trump gets elected. Democrats vote AGAINST his agenda on bill after bill. Then Republican voters get frustrated because everything isnโ€™t moving fast enoughโ€ฆ So the solution is to GIVE DEMOCRATS THE HOUSE? Make that logic make sense. You want President Trump to move faster - then you hand subpoena power, committee control and the legislative agenda to the same people fighting him? Republicans need to stop repeating this cycle: Elect โ†’ get impatient โ†’ stay home โ†’ lose Congress โ†’ complain about gridlock โ†’ repeat. If you want the agenda, give the President a Congress capable of passing it. Not two years of investigations, obstruction and political theatre. Vote Republicans in November to give him leverage to continue his work so you can judge the man accurately after he completes his full term.

October 27, 2019 I flew to NYC at my own expense to give very important testimony to the American people on Maria Bartiromoโ€™s show. I stayed in a hotel near the studio, again at my own expense. This was during the Special Counsel Durham investigation, which I assisted. I am an eyewitness to the Grand Conspiracy against President Trump, which started in 2015, directed by Obama and implemented by the CIA, MI6, the FBI, and the media. I spoke to Maria and her producers for weeks in advance to make sure they understood the importance of the story. I was not paid a cent for all the hours I spent on this. It was really important that a major network finally told the truth to the American people. On the morning of the interview, I was driven by a car arranged by Fox. I had hair and makeup done. The interview was recorded. Then someone in the Fox leadership ordered that my interview not be aired. After the public outcry, Maria even retweeted the demand for it to be shown. A one-minute extract was then shown weeks later behind the Fox Nation paywall. The full interview was never aired. Someone blocked it. The presidential election was one year away.

Mexico runs 53 consulates inside the United States, and the State Department has opened a national security review of every one of them. GAI traced what that network does. Mexican officials have opened voter registration centers on consulate grounds and coordinated with migrant advocacy groups across the country, which international law forbids a foreign consulate from doing. @peterschweizer has Mexico's consul general in Chicago admitting he joined forces with anti-Trump organizations. @Ksukhia followed the network to Xavier Becerra, the frontrunner for governor of California. On September 11, 2017 he attended a private luncheon with Mexican diplomats mobilizing against the Trump administration's DACA termination, then filed suit against it the same day. At the event where CHIRLA endorsed him, Becerra called the group "my family."
DEEP DIVE: A growing body of evidence reveals that Xavier Becerra has deep ties to a network of militant activists and foreign agents who have a history of meddling in U.S. elections and undermining American sovereignty. trib.al/oUtzM9J

โ€ผ๏ธ California Democrats just tried to quietly steal $20 million from the Motor Vehicle Account โ€” the account you fill every time you renew your registration โ€” to pay for CHP bodyguards for Gavin Newsom and other current and former politicians after they leave office. Not from the General Fund. Not from campaign accounts. From driver fees. KCRA caught it first: a $20 million line item buried in a 300-page spending bill dumped late Saturday night, headed for a Tuesday vote. It would put CHP officers on personal security for current and former elected officials and their families, โ€œdepending on a threat assessment.โ€ Newsomโ€™s office wonโ€™t say whether he plans to use it. Heโ€™s already shopping a 2028 presidential run. Sitting governors already get CHP protection. What California has not historically done is keep taxpayer-funded CHP details on former governors once they leave office. A longtime Capitol lawyer told KCRA former governors have not typically received this after they were done. This bill blows that line apart with money meant for roads, traffic, and public safety. Sen. Roger Niello, vice chair of the Senate Budget Committee, called it โ€œinappropriate, and it might even be unconstitutional.โ€ He said the Motor Vehicle Account โ€” funded by registration fees โ€” is forecast to go bankrupt in two to three years. CHP already takes most of it. Sacramentoโ€™s answer is to raid that collapsing account so politicians can keep a taxpayer-funded motorcade after voters are done with them. California already lets candidates spend campaign funds on security with no cap through 2028. Newsom has a massive campaign war chest. Niello said use the campaign account, not registration fees. They chose registration fees anyway. Taxpayers are already paying for Kamala Harris โ€” a private citizen on a book tour โ€” to travel the country and even overseas with dozens of CHP officers peeled off the roads. Newsomโ€™s administration approved it, then refused to say how many officers, for how long, or what it costs. They denied records requests for just the dollar figure. Drivers are subsidizing a memoir tour while the state hides the invoice. Now they want $20 million more for Newsomโ€™s next act. Why does any former official get a CHP detail paid by people renewing a Camry in Fresno? CHP already covers the governor and statewide officers including Lt. Gov. Eleni Kounalakis, Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara, and Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond. CHP is stretched. Overtime is exploding. Officers on VIP babysitting are not on the highways you drive. Newsom does not need this. He and his wife report roughly $1.7 million to $2 million a year, mostly from the PlumpJack wine empire. They own multiple mansions, including a Fair Oaks estate listed around $7.5 million and a Marin property bought for about $9.1 million. Fortune estimates run to tens of millions. He can hire private security tomorrow. His campaign account can legally pay for it. He would rather you pay. Threats may be real. That does not give a rich governor-in-waiting a blank check on your registration renewal. The Motor Vehicle Account has a structural deficit. California faces a multi-hundred-billion-dollar transportation shortfall over the next decade. Fees keep going up. Drivers get worse pavement and a Highway Patrol turned into a concierge service for the political class. No Motor Vehicle Account money for post-office political security. No CHP details for former officials building a presidential campaign. No more secret Harris-style book-tour motorcades billed to California drivers. If Newsom wants a bubble on the 2028 trail, he can write the check from PlumpJack, the Marin house, or his campaign account. Our roads are falling apart. Our patrol is stretched thin. The little money drivers still pay is being skimmed for people who already have wineries, mansions, and donor lists. Kill the $20 million. Publish the Harris invoice. Make Newsom pay for Newsom.

๐Ÿค”Timelines, patterns, Treasury Primacy & They Gave Him a Seat On Monday, Jamie Dimon chairman and CEO of JPMorgan Chase, the largest bank in the United States, $4 trillion in assets issued a formal statement on G20 letterhead from Asheville, North Carolina. The first line told you everything. "For the first time at G20, Treasury has given the private sector a place at the table." Not the Federal Reserve gave them a seat. Not the White House. Not the State Department. Treasury. The CEO of the largest bank in America publicly credited the Treasury Department for inviting him to the most important economic forum on earth. Now look at who was in the room and in what order. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent spoke first. Five minutes. Set the agenda. Five priorities for the global economy. Closed by declaring the G20 would "end this 47-year horrendous reign" of the Iranian regime. Then he introduced the next speaker. Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh spoke second. Three minutes. Repeated his Jackson Hole themes. Said it was "a privilege to serve alongside Secretary Bessent." Alongside. Not above. Not leading. Alongside. And then there was Dimon. The private sector. At the table for the first time in G20 history. Issuing a formal statement thanking Treasury for including him. Three tiers. Treasury sets the agenda. The Fed supports it. The private sector is invited to help build it. That hierarchy didn't exist two years ago. At every previous G20, the structure was finance ministers and central bank governors government officials negotiating with government officials. The private sector lobbied from the outside. Submitted position papers. Held side events at nearby hotels. They were never at the table. Now they are. And the person who put them there is the Treasury Secretary. Think about what that means for the architecture being built. Treasury is licensing stablecoin issuers. Every licensed issuer must hold Treasury bond reserves creating mandatory private-sector demand for government debt. Treasury's OCC is chartering stablecoin banks. Treasury's FinCEN is writing the AML compliance rules. Treasury doubled its bond buyback program to manage the yield curve. Treasury is running the quantum-readiness task force to defend the financial system's cryptography. And now Treasury is bringing the bankers who will operate inside that architecture to the G20 to co-author the policies that govern it. Dimon's statement included one more detail worth noticing. "We applaud that regional and community banks were given a platform at this year's G20 financial ministerial. A strong banking system depends on institutions of every size." The CEO of a $4 trillion bank is applauding the inclusion of community banks. That's not generosity. That's architecture. The stablecoin system needs banks at every level the JPMorgans to handle the wholesale settlement, the community banks to serve the retail customers. Treasury's OCC just rewrote the rules for how those community banks are evaluated and the Federal Reserve wasn't part of that rewrite. Treasury is building a financial system. It's licensing the issuers. Chartering the banks. Writing the compliance rules. Managing the bond market. Defending the cryptography. Setting the G20 agenda. And now it's inviting the private sector to sit at the table and help design the policies they'll operate under. The Federal Reserve is in the room. The Fed Chair said it was a privilege to be there. But the Fed didn't invite anyone. The Fed didn't set the agenda. The Fed didn't welcome the private sector. The Fed spoke for three minutes about investment themes and sat down. Treasury gave Dimon a seat. That tells you who's building the house. Timelines. Patterns. The general's words, not mine. All I did was read the receipts. I am the guy on the couch, and you have been debriefed. @CouchGuy17 @Homeranger17 @drawandstrike @jpmorgan @Citadel @citsecurities
๐Ÿค”TIMELINES, PATTERNS, THE G20, RUSSIA & GANGSTA MOVES On August 7, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent stood at a podium and announced Operation Economic Fury. He designated two Iranian crypto exchanges. He seized a shadow banking network. He published cryptocurrency wallet addresses for the entire world to screen. He said: "Whether in dollars, rials, or crypto, Treasury will hunt down and dismantle the illicit financial networks." On August 28, the same Scott Bessent's agency proposed severing an Egyptian state bank from the dollar system for facilitating $1.8 billion in Iranian shadow transactions. Section 311. The nuclear option. He said: "No one is above the reach of U.S. sanctions." Between those two dates, the same Treasury suspended Iran's General Licenses indefinitely, designated the entire Iranian digital asset sector as a class, and branded the campaign "Economic Outcast." Iran: maximum pressure. Every instrument. Every channel. Every denomination. On August 29, at the G20 summit in Asheville, North Carolina, the United States welcomed Russia back to the table. Reuters reported it in 43 seconds. The United States moved to welcome Russia back to a meeting of G20 countries while denying some journalists access to the gathering. The host decided who sat at the table and who watched from outside. Same month. Same Secretary. Same building. On August 15, OFAC issued an emergency sanctions suspension license to facilitate the Trump-Putin Alaska Summit. Sanctions relief was floated. It was rejected. No ceasefire. On August 22, OFAC issued GL 131 the ninth consecutive extension of the Lukoil divestiture authorization. The accommodation continued. On August 30, Bessent sat across from Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov at the G20 and conditioned sanctions relief on the end of the Ukraine war. Same demand as Alaska. Same conditionality. Different venue. Same two men. For seventeen months, OFAC has not designated a single new Russian target. The Graham Sanctioning Russia Act passed the Senate 86-11. The House companion bill is headed to the floor in September. Congress built mandatory sanctions architecture while the executive held the discretionary architecture in reserve and then used that reserve as a bargaining chip at a summit that produced nothing, and then used it again at a G20 the United States hosted. Iran: Economic Fury. Economic D-Day. Economic Outcast. ยง311. Sectoral designation. GL suspension. Every tool in the box. Russia: welcome to Asheville. Ninth GL extension. Seventeen-month pause. The door is open. Have a seat. One hand swings the hammer. The other holds the door open. Same person. Same month. This is what selective enforcement looks like at the sovereign level. The architecture works. It works brilliantly against Iran $1 billion in crypto seized, exchanges designated, wallet addresses published, an entire sector sanctioned as a class, an Egyptian state bank severed from the dollar for facilitating Iranian transactions. And Russia sits at the G20 table in a city the United States chose, in a room the United States controlled, with an invitation the United States extended. The tool doesn't decide who to use it on. The person holding the tool decides. And the person holding the tool decided that Iran gets the hammer and Russia gets the table. Both decisions were made by the same man. In the same month. From the same building. Every post in this series has documented one pattern: every sovereign building the same enforcement architecture, for its own reasons, at the same time. And every counter-signal has documented the same limitation: the architecture serves whoever holds it, and the holder chooses. A detective in Galway freezes a drug dealer's crypto wallet. That's the architecture at the street level. FinCEN severs an Egyptian bank from the dollar system. That's the architecture at the nuclear level. The United States welcomes Russia to Asheville while crushing Iran with every tool it has. That's the architecture at the diplomatic level. Same tool. Same month. Different doors. I am the guy on the couch, and you have been debriefed.

Left-wing foundations mass-distributing fake "independent media" newspapers. We need a review of the USPS bulk mail pricing rules. Remember, whenever the talking heads measure independent media in other countries, they're almost always talking about NGO-financed media such as this one. They will call private, non-institutional media such as @JustTheNews and @MrAndyNgo "authoritarian" with a straight face because it bypasses all the NGO institutional layers like fact-checking and journalism school.
