Watching 1995 Bulls vs Hornets game 1. There are several close out of bounds calls, it's so refreshing to just move on with the game. No players twirling their fingers for review. The official just gives it to the team and inbound happens and we are playing again.

Just one mistake after another.. No time out? I bet they come out with a PA on first down.

Why didn't they call time out?
