This is how to perform CPR if someone needs it around you.
Share this video. You might save a life doing so. And tag a friend who needs to learn this.
1. Make sure the person is safe
2. Call for help
3. Check for breathing
4. Place the heel of your hand in between the chest
5. Compress chest 30 times
6. Raise jaw and breathe into mouth
7. Repeat this process until you get the required help

If you are being attacked by patient or patients relatives and it’s obvious your facility won’t defend you or protect you.
You should protect your life and defend yourself by any means necessary.

You need to know your hair porosity to find the right shampoo for you
Do a simple test by dropping a strand of your hair in a clear glass of water.
If it floats= low porosity
It sinks= high porosity
It sits the middle = medium porosity
Now how do you know which shampoo is for you?
When you pick up a shampoo bottle flip it and read the first 5 ingredients. 👇
Low porosity (product sits on hair)
Look for: aloe, glycerin, honey, panthenol, light oils (argan, grapeseed, jojoba)
Skip: heavy butters, castor/coconut oil high on the list, "intense repair" claims
Medium porosity
Most "moisturizing" or "hydrating" shampoos work. Add protein once in a while.
High porosity (dry fast, frizzy)
Look for: hydrolyzed proteins (keratin, wheat, silk, rice) plus shea, cocoa butter, olive or avocado oil
Words like "repair," "strengthen," "moisture lock"
Skip: harsh "deep cleanse" shampoos used often
Sulfate-free is better for high porosity.
No ingredient list on the bottle? Leave it
Too much gist for one shampoo? I understand 😂
That's why Tasia Beauty is opening soon. Come with your hair, we'll handle the rest❤️

I’m just hoping next week goes better for Lauretta. She has two more chemotherapy sessions before her break, and I really want us to make it to both.
If you’re able to support her treatment in any way, please do. Every little bit means a lot to us. Donation link in my bio

Lauretta has been fighting cancer for months, and I just want to see her get better and return to the life she deserves. It hasn’t been easy, but we’re still holding on to hope for better days. 🤲🏾

If HCW isn’t dying because of the ills of the system he/she works, one patient will try to snuff out the life out of them.
It’s pathetic and sad.

Losing a health care worker in the facility he is working to a chronic illness that has been extensively studied and documented is one thing that shouldn’t happen.
When we talk about the ills of Nigerian health care system, we know what we are talking about.
How do you explain to a reasonable person that they don’t have emergency services to address asthma.
May his soul rest in peace.
