Parents bumped off LHR>ADD>BLZ flight on Friday. They were rebooked on the next days flight & promised their bags would be moved over to the new flight. Their baggage has not arrived in BLZ, likely sat in LHR. Can I speak to a human about this @HeathrowAirport @flyethiopian?🤷🏻‍♀️
