Time is up for California
We gave California 48 hours to review and flag more than 20,000 noncitizen voters recently mailed live ballots.
California refused.
This morning we filed a federal court action seeking an emergency order requiring California to sequester ballots returned by suspected noncitizens.
This is not political or controversial. 18 U.S.C. § 611 makes it a federal offense for noncitizens to vote in a federal election. We will not allow California to dilute the votes of American citizens.

🚨BREAKING: Supreme Court just handed Trump the immigration equivalent of a nuclear button.
In a 5–4 ruling, they confirmed he can use the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to treat Tren de Aragua as what it is: an invading foreign force.
That means:
• No more endless appeals
• No more activist judges blocking deportations
• Venezuelan gang members can be rounded up and shipped straight to El Salvador’s mega-prison
This is a historic win for borders, sovereignty and law & order in the United States.
The only people upset today are the open-borders globalists who never thought this day would come.

How the hell does sending an unarmed officer improve response times when a situation turns violent? If Raman wins and expects LAPD officers to respond to dangerous calls without the means to defend themselves, I’d seriously consider leaving the department.
Officers already face enormous risks. Putting them in harm’s way without adequate protection is reckless. What an absolutely asinine approach to public safety.
Mayoral candidate for LA Nithya Raman says if elected, she will fire LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell over the department's response to ICE.
Raman wants unarmed LAPD officers integrated into the department. She says it will help response times.

Today is the last day of session.
After a full year of lectures on affordability and blaming Trump, the Sacramento supermajority did nothing to fix the cost of living in California.
They made it worse.
Today’s priorities:
• More money for High Speed Rail, including the $1 billion a year already locked in
• State funding to keep gender-affirming care flowing for minors
• Weaker accountability for juvenile offenders
• More regulations and compliance costs that get passed on to consumers
• More pressure on energy and insurance markets already in crisis
These bills are shrouded in empathy when in reality they are just suicidal.
People are fleeing California. Not to get away from Trump, but to get away for total collapse under Newsom and the Supermajority.
We must fight back and never give up. This ideology will eat itself alive and we must be ready.

Beautiful apartment w/COLD PLUNGE. Unlimited free groceries from Bristol Farms, Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s and on Wednesdays they get fresh flowers including orchids! That’s why her apartment is filled with beautiful plants and flowers (which we pay for).
She can stay there forever, never getting off drugs, never working, living a pretty decent life in the heart of the Santa Monica tourist district all on our dime.
Santa Monica recently destroyed a massive parking structure next to this to build a luxury homeless condo complex for nearly $2 MILLION/unit & they’re soon knocking down a second one for the same thing.
They’re turning the ice skating rink nearby into homeless & low income housing, as well as knocking down Bergamot Station, the largest public arts complex in the west.
The city is effectively bankrupt - can’t even keep libraries open and is short hundreds of police - but they can come up with the money for this, attracting more homeless voters to guarantee they stay in office forever.
I was about to attend this Santa Monica city council debate at the local elementary school. I’m glad I didn’t.
This homeless woman, Daisy, a drug addict who has a reputation for becoming violent, is given taxpayer funded housing, drug paraphernalia, and immunity from criminal prosecution.
While the rest of us work our tails off and pay high taxes.
Lunacy.
