The Socialist Democrat, Nathan Johnson running against Republican Mayes Middleton in Texas is running the most dumbed down campaign ad. He believes he "tricked" Middleton by asking if he believes the US enforces a division of church and state. There is no such law. The Constitution assures that there is not a government established official religion. @Grok Ask Grok. @KennethRWebster
Third-party voting is not a serious strategy.
Replying to @mickgregory
No third-party or independent candidate has ever won the U.S. presidency. The strongest result was Theodore Roosevelt in 1912 (Progressive Party), with 27% of the popular vote and second place. Occasional wins occur in Congress or state races, but remain rare under the two-party system.

Fucking hell, they just did it!
The BBC actually described the Islamo-leftist riots burning France to the ground as “MOSTLY PEACEFUL”!
But Danny Tommo puncturing a people smuggling boat is terrorism to them.
Defund them NOW!
Ths is epic
I will never vote for the party that celebrated the murder of Charlie Kirk.
I will never vote for the party that sent fam mail to Lindsay Clancy.
I will never vote for the party that won’t stand for a child fighting cancer.
I will never vote for the party that wants to defund the police.
I will never vote for a party that brags about having abortions.

Applause for following through!
Last year, a man named Andrew Nikhil Aiyar made a series of extremely violent and disturbing threats against my wife and children. He threatened to find my wife and hack her to death with a meat cleaver. He said that he would beat my children to death in front of me. These are some of his less graphic fantasies. He went on making deranged and gruesome threats, fixating especially on my wife, for a period of many weeks.
And he did more than make threats. I won’t go into all of those details. He harassed and stalked other figures in conservative media in various ways. I’ll let those people talk about those experiences if they wish.
At his sentencing, my wife was able to give a very strong and compelling victim impact statement where she implored the judge to punish this scumbag (my term, not hers) for his crimes. I’m proud of her for not doing the weak “I forgive you” routine, letting a degenerate predator off the hook in the name of misplaced pity. Aiyar was not remorseful. While hiding behind his “mental health” struggles, he refused to take accountability and even called my wife a liar during the hearing. At not point, even at sentencing, did this narcissistic freak apologize to my wife or express any regret at all. I am thrilled that his sob story was disregarded and he will now spend the next several years in federal prison.
Obviously I would have liked for him to go to prison even longer, but four years is a lengthy sentence for these kinds of cases. In my experience at least, threats generally aren’t taken all that seriously by the courts and prison sentences are rarely given out. I’m grateful to Judge Merryday for doing the right thing, and giving this criminal almost as much prison time as he could under the law.
The judge mentioned during sentencing that he assumes I would have much rather had those threats made against me than against my wife and children. He could not have been more correct about that. I signed up to be a "public figure." No one in my family signed up for it. They don't deserve this. If anyone threatens them in any way, we will not rest until the culprit is in jail. The anonymity of the internet won't protect you. And when the time comes for your sentencing, we'll be there to urge the judge to punish you as severely as the law allows.
I hope Mr. Aiyar enjoys his time in prison. And when he gets out, if he says a single word about or to my wife or kids ever again for as long as he lives, we'll be happy to ensure that he goes right back in his cage.

Am I the only one who feels a tiny bit sorry for Kimberly Guilfoyle? She was invited into the Trump billionaire life style then gave up a successful career to be arm candy for Don, Jr and campaign for President Trump. It had to be hard to go from that back to being a regular person. Yes, they were all her choices but I do feel a little sorry for her.
Fox News is trying to get more advertising from Democrats. Great. Suck their donations dry. @KennethRWebster
Tom Cruise is not handsome without his dyed hair.
Tom Cruise is reportedly "furious" about 'Digger' bombing at the box office
"Tom is furious because Tom hates to lose, he didn’t think he had made another movie. He thought he had made THE movie... that would finally put an Oscar in his hands.”

Grok supports Mayes Middleton’s point about the phrase’s absence from the Constitution is factually accurate; the constitutional limit is the prohibition on establishment plus free exercise protections, as developed in case law. Whether rejecting the common shorthand is “extreme” or simply more originalist/textual is a matter of legal and political disagreement. Johnson’s framing treats the established judicial principle as non-negotiable for the top legal officer of the state; Middleton treats the exact metaphor as non-binding and favors greater room for religious expression and influence consistent with his view of the founding principles.
