@michelob very true. People seem to think its crazy, but I love bitter beer n chocolate.
Try pairing beer with desserts. The caramel malts in AmberBock pair well with milk chocolates that have caramel fillings.
Looks like folks are brewing tons of fun stuff (Double Chocolate Milk Stout, Dubbel, Maple Pale Ale, Bourbon Barrel Porter), keep it up.
