Emery would be mad to consider Utd. He's found a club that matches him perfectly at Villa. Would be a bad move for him and for Utd. He will have seen what it's like at that profile of club whilst at PSG & Arsenal and that didn't work for him.

Utd have the midfield Spurs would have ended up with if Levy had still been at the club. Cheap release fee journey man average Premier league player and a kid who might come good to be sold for a profit

4pts between 6th and 17th. 1 result can have you pushing for Europe or facing a relegation battle

Inter got themselves put of jail there. Losing 0-1 in the 91st minute, 2-1 by the 97th. As a side note, I think Thuram would he a great signing for spurs.

This Tonali x Fernandes midfield pairing has so much potential.

Spurs need confidence as much as anything. Perfromances and results like this are massive.

So many good performances today. Tonali is so effective

Spurs utterly dominant in every department. Back to back wins, unbeaten in 3. The rise up the table starts....

Making a tactical decision to not press Como is unbelievable. Anyone who has watched them knows how excellent they are if you let them play. The 1 thing you do is press Como. Thats Sunday league obvious

🚨🗣️ Bruno Fernandes calling out Carrick & the backroom staff: "It's a decision from the staff to not press man to man and sometimes leave space behind and try to get the ball, wait for them, but sometimes when you give space to these teams they get confidence." 🗣️ Bruno on whether he is saying Michael Carrick got his tactics wrong: "That's on the manager and staff to see, not me. Sometimes you have to be more brave under pressure, take the risk of pressing high and making them uncomfortable. As you saw with them [Como], the centre-back was coming to mark me in my own half. We need to do that as a team but we were unable to." 🗣️ Bruno: "A team that plays through the middle with small connections, if you give them too much time and space then they can hurt you out wide."

Anyone who's watched Como over the last couple of seasons wont be suprised by this result. They have excellent owners who work in a very unique way.

Shaw is violent conduct. Also a red.

Coventry is a massive game.

Spurs have some serious problems all centred around the inability to put the ball in the net. It's the glaringly obvious long standing issue that wasnt addressed appropriately in the summer. Solan isnt even championship level.

Solanke is one of the poorest finishers I've ever seen at Spurs and God we've had a few.

England are better without the sideways and backwards of Rice.

I like RDZ but a big dose of Conte for a couple of seasons shift the mentality far quicker. Dont care what some of you think, by far the best manager Spurs have had in the Premier league era. Beast mentality to win at all costs.

Chelsea & City cheated by spending money they didnt have Villa and Newcastle want to cheat and be the play thing of wealthy owners, irrespective of the impact on the English game Why dont these 4 go join the Saudi Super League and let the rest of us get on with the football.

City strategically hiding behind the state to make this a politician matter and not just a football one. Will be huge pressure applied on the government to influence the outcome.
