Called @dulyhealth_care doc 10/16 and agent "sent message" for a return call. No callback. Called again yesterday. No callback. Called "patient advocate" who and was told "protocol" is that all calls are returned in 24-48 hours. He promised a callback.
Talked to another advocate yesterday who said a member of management would call me. No one has called.
The people at @dulyhealth_care really need to realize that sending electronic messages for callbacks is not working. I can do that in MyChart (and those are ignored too).
Had a great time talking with the #VividZero and @NEWS9 team about their 'horizon'-based new graphics package for @NewscastStudio michael.ph/7fi8B

Coming tomorrow on NewscastStudio, get ready for a long read on an impressive new graphics package. Can you guess which station it's for? 😏
Getting ready for my “live shot” with students from @CatholicUniv’s @CUArch program to chat about broadcast facility design. @NewscastStudio
The new @Suns graphics include 'a sequence where a separate iteration of a basketball appears to squeeze through the middle of the Suns logo, breaking the surface of the logo as if it’s a gelatinous fruit snack' michael.ph/1dITg

"Kelly's instinct is to keep things very cozy, very familial and casual. She's obsessed with Central Perk from Friends, and she wanted it to feel like that" — @JPConnelly in my @NewscastStudio interview about @KellyClarksonTV's NYC set michael.ph/e2Mm1
Experimenting with my @insta360 to get this cool shot of the infinity edge pools on @CelebrityCruise’s #CelebrityBeyond.

Thanks to @united agent Julie W. (left) at ORD for being helpful, proactive & professional about accommodating for #Disability after her partner agent (right) made zero effort to help and apparently had more important texting to do.
Meanwhile, @HARRISFAULKNER on characters with "anxiety issues": "I don't know how you show that." Here's how a little picture of what that looks like...
.@netflix already has limits on number of screens that can screen. They enforce those limits. Why not just use that limit instead of trying to define “households”?
