(Part 1)
Lindsay Clancy case thoughts:
1.) I won’t debate this as this is not a Phil. 4:8 matter and should not demand too much attention or affection.
2.) If you are not familiar with the story, then I would recommend you to keep scrolling. I have researched enough, hopefully, to shed some light and not just generate heat.
3.) If you are prone to conspiracies as your way of dealing with reality, I do not have time to inform. Be careful of sensational and inconsistent information online. Nobody with any knowledge of the case is considering another character. Be careful not to engage in slander. Imagine if this was you and someone was wrongly blaming you. She confessed. It is clear.
4.) All murder has some connection to mental illness. Was Jeffrey Dahmer not insane? Even if Lindsay was struggling, she is still accountable for her actions.
5.) Even if she heard a voice, just that once in her life as she reported, she still had a choice to listen or reject that voice. She did not black out. She described what she heard and chose to do. At some point, she wanted to die and wanted her children to die with her.
6.) If she was remorseful and out of her mind when she did such wicked things, she would plead guilty and want the harshest consequence. She would donate the million dollars raised to postpartum psychosis research.
7.) If hormones are an excuse for women, then what about rage that is also hormonal for men and women? It is not an excuse. I talked with a man on the streets once looking for a prostitute who said that is why rapes and murder happen, because people like him struggled.
8.) I agree that our mental health system failed those children. She should have stayed committed and far away from those children. All the helpful things to alleviate her issues only prolonged the inevitable. We do need more mental health funding. The teledoc system with drug side effects and consequences like this needs to be regulated. Bring back the state hospitals and padded rooms. The streets are filled with the roaming mentally ill who should be committed and cared for. I have seen too many simple overnight committals and soon releases. We need to evaluate the medicine as well, as sometimes what is prescribed only makes matters worse. What she wants now should have been done before it was too late. She should have committed herself and stayed committed. She needed to put herself far away from a family if thoughts like that were being experienced. These are choices and there are consequences.
9.) There may be both drug and demonic influences here. Do not dismiss the physical or supernatural elements. Drugs open up the spiritual realm. The devil is out to steal, kill, and to destroy. Just because the enemy deceives, we are still accountable. Ask Eve.
10.) She cannot be rehabilitated or released. She needs the death penalty, but in the absence of such in the state of Massachusetts, she needs life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. Nobody should ever be released into society having done something like that.
Justice serves as a deterrent. Any loosening on this will only serve to remove what could be a final warning in the conscience of someone faced with this same decision.
I am glad one juror stood for what was right. There was indeed borderline juror intimidation happening before our eyes.
One of the thieves by the Lord at the cross railed Jesus and demanded release. The one realized he was guilty of what was wrong and suffering the due punishment. The good news is that the repentant thief was redeemed and spent that day with Jesus in paradise.
The good news for Lindsay is not escaping consequences here but that through His shed blood she can be cleansed and receive eternal life.
Jesus did not pull the repentant thief down from the cross but He did welcome Him into eternity.

"One of the most hotly debated topics right now is the nation of Israel. If we do not use discernment, we can allow political agendas or current events to color our understanding of what God says in Holy Scripture. It should be the exact opposite; we must always begin with the Bible. Addressing current questions with Bible answers requires a firm foundation in the Word of God, especially when asking if we should support Israel.
Saying that you love Israel, pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and believe God is not finished with the Jewish people differs from stating that you support every decision a government ever makes. Throughout history, there have been many instances when Israel did not do exactly what God commanded. Remember, Ahab and Jezebel were in Israel! That history does not discount God’s eternal purpose for His people.
While there are many scriptures that address this, the defining passage is found in Romans 11. This is significant because it was written after the time of Christ, to the first-century church. It is written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit by the very one who is called the apostle of the Gentiles. The gospel has no prejudice; it is “…to the Jew first and also to the Greek” (Romans 1:16), and whosoever will may come to Christ. However, Romans 11 makes it very plain: God is not finished with Israel."

Interesting read for illustration!
The story is told of Hetty Green, the world’s richest woman who worked on Wal-Street. In 1916 she had an estate valued over 200 million dollars, but she lived like she had nothing. She’s listed as the "World's Greatest Miser" in the Guinness Book of World Records. She was said never to turn on the heat or use hot water. She wore one old black dress and garments that she changed only after they had been worn out. She’d instruct her cleaner to wash only the dirtiest parts of her dresses (the hems) to save money on soap. She didn’t wash her hands and rode in an old carriage. She ate cold oatmeal heated only on the office radiator. When her son had an infection she waited too long looking for a free clinic they had to amputate his leg. She died arguing with someone over the price of skim milk.
Too often we’re just like Hetty’s.
We have riches at our disposal yet we choose to live like we have nothing.

God’s Word contains valuable instructions for how to live a life that is pleasing to God, glorifying Him. However, it is not enough to listen to these instructions; we need to follow them. We need to be not just a hearer, but a doer. God is pleased when we read His Word; but when we do not follow up with actually following His Word, we are not obeying as we should.
When we hear God’s Word but do not follow it, we are not deceiving God with our behavior. We might deceive others, giving them a false impression of our commitment to God’s Word. But in the end, we are only deceiving ourselves. We are missing out on a life of fulfillment and the joy of living the life that God has called us to live — that God has created us to live."

𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁: 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿?
John the Baptist is not the first name that comes to mind when one thinks about influencers, but in many ways that is exactly what he was put on this earth to do. He was the forerunner of Christ. He was prepared from birth to prepare the way of the Lord and point others to Him.
“There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe." (John 1:6-7)
John the Baptist was one of the most well-known prophets in Israel during Christ’s early ministry. We read in the gospel of Matthew that John the Baptist had a massive following during his ministry. “Then went out to him Jerusalem, and all Judaea, and all the region round about Jordan, And were baptized of him in Jordan, confessing their sins.” (Matthew 3:5-6)
John was the ultimate “influencer” of his day. This man who ate locusts and wild honey and dressed in camel’s hair drew crowds out in the desert. People came from all around to hear his message of a Messiah. Even the religious leaders of the day could not ignore his influence. They came to him asking, “…Who art thou?…What sayest thou of thyself?” (John 1:22)
However, John did not talk about himself. He recognized that his mission was to prepare the way of the Lord. And when Jesus arrived, John did not see this as an opportunity to increase his own fame and magnify his ministry. His desire was for Jesus to have all the glory and attention…"

The DOJ has ONE WEEK left to charge Anthony Fauci for the worst cover-up in modern medical history.
He lied to Congress about funding gain-of-function research in Wuhan. Millions died. Trillions were spent. And Fauci walked away with book deals and fawning media coverage instead of handcuffs. I re-upped my criminal referral to the DOJ because the evidence is overwhelming, and justice has been delayed long enough.
RT if you’re ready to see Fauci behind bars.
