Excited to announce that @JSeyff and I have a new book coming out this fall called "Both Sides of the Coin" which is available for pre-order now. We thought it was time for a fresh look at bitcoin/crypto post-ETF and sought to write a fair and balanced book for everyday TradFi investors as well as crypto natives that tracks the risks, rewards, evolution and financialization of the asset class as well as the growing debasement/debt problem. We took great pains to cover as much as ground as poss in this 370-page book, no stone was left unturned. Here's a look at the chapters:
1. Bitcoin in a Nutshell (much more of an engineering feat than most ppl think)
2. The Currency Debasement Problem (inflation, debt etc is crucial for anyone hoping to understand the ‘purpose’ of btc as well as the rise of socialist politicians)
3. Store of Value Smackdown (btc vs gold)
4. Bitcoin in a Portfolio (hot sauce, for now)
5. The Filing Heard 'Round the World (the untold inside story of how Blk/Larry Fink evolved enough to file for ETF)
6. The ETF Solution (ETFs have solved for good bitcoin’s ‘intermediary problem’ eg FTX, Coldcard etc)
7. Suitcoiners (wall street/govt adoption, which OGs should embrace not dump on)
8. Alt Coins (top 12-ish cryptos explained in detail as well as how to evaluate them)
9. A Tokenized Future (the blockchain-ization of wall st and beyond)

New pod: 4 TRILLION DOLLARS. 3 COMPANIES. 0 PROFITS.
In 2025, there had never been a trillion-dollar public company that reported zero profits. By 2027, there could be three: SpaceX, Anthropic, and maybe OpenAI could all IPO in the same 12 month window for more than $1 trillion apiece.
I brought on @michaelbatnick and @awealthofcs to talk about what the trillion-dollar, zero-profit firm tells us about market psychology, the new math of valuation, the wizardry of Musk, AI bubble fears, and the end of asset-light tech, as every modern tech company becomes a heavy cash-greedy infrastructure giant.

SpaceX is going public👀
At a reported $1.75T valuation and up to $75B raised, it would be the biggest IPO in history.
30% of the float is reportedly earmarked for retail investors, meaning advisors should expect client questions immediately.
How should investors think about the valuation, AI spending, Starlink, index inclusion, lockups, and the risk/reward at this price?
@michaelbatnick brought in @AaronGDillon who has experience on both the private market and index provider side to break it all down.
Micron just went on an all-time heater.
Today at the open, Micron was the 10th largest stock in the S&P 500.
Over the last five years, the average rank was 89.
It ran from 127 last April to 10 today.

Software is crashing again today.
The two-day move from Wed-Thursday was a complete outlier. We've never seen the S&P 500 up that much with software down that much.
Went wide and deep on TCAF, covering this move and everything else happening in the market with @SamRo and @SteveSosnick

Wild market. We haven't seen anything like this since the dotcom bubble burst.
Over the last 8 sessions, 115 stocks in the S&P 500 have decline 7% or more in a single day.
The average drawdown when that happens is 34%. Right now we're 1.5% below the all-time high.
Wait, the bathrooms at a festival cost how much???
We peeled back the curtain for a behind the scenes look at the biggest event in wealth management.
