The more I think about it the angrier I get! @Uber_Support ..if the bot/chat cant fix it, or you cant navigate @UBER's Byzantine instructions/UI you are screwed. Uber cant/wont help, but happy to continue taking $$ from an acoount that isn't mine. #badcustomerservice
I have had it with @Uber_Support Three separate 20 minute chats and (that's an hour) and told there is nothing they can do to discover why my account is getting billed for rides by someone NOT on my account! Bots or humans THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! LYFT only now.

Wow! What talk about security run amok! I just had @CashApp cancel several transactions. Then I called to talk with support and tell them it WAS me and there was no fraud...then they tell me "sorry you cant use it anymore." Unbelievable!
