This is what my day looks like when I have way too many meetings to code. Not complaining tho - I love collaborating with designers! π₯°
Coding on the couch while my dog snores peacefully feels very much like "my hands look like this, so hers can look like that" π€§
but zero regrets. 10/10 would get another dog (so my dog can have a dog)
Absolutely nothing better than the psychological safety of merging a PR, knowing it received a thorough review.
Bonus: I get to improve with each Change Request!!
I am so glad I did the internal work so I can feel secure in myself and accept these moments as opportunity for growth.
Also incredibly grateful to be surrounded by amazing developers who really care about the work and the craft.

You don't have to spend your free time pouring over materials from your industry. You can if it gives you joy, but it's not a requirement. Do your job well, then log off and forget about it until your next shift. Thinking about work 24/7 brings stress + anxiety, not progress.
