Want to rank #1 on Google Maps but don't know where to start?
I wrote up a free 45-page guide that takes your business from buried on Google to the top 3 on the map.
(It's the same system my team used to take 50+ law firms to #1.)
What's inside:
• See why the top 3 on the map take the calls
• Check your ranking from 100+ spots in your city
• Size up the 3 businesses beating you
• Run the free 2-minute check for missing listings
• Pick the searches typed by people ready to pay
• Fix the #1 ranking factor on your profile
• Dodge the name mistake that gets profiles suspended
• Win the evening searches your competitors drop
• Get new reviews every month without begging
• Beat a competitor with twice your review count
• Reply to reviews without breaking HIPAA
• Point reviews at the office that needs them
• Stay inside Google's new 2026 review rules
• Fix the old listings dragging your rankings down
• List on the directories your industry trusts
• Get your med spa on the Botox provider finder
• Write the 3 lines Google reads first on a page
• Build service pages that turn visitors into calls
• Book clients before they ring your competitor
• Add a calculator that captures leads for you
• Rank in the towns your map pin doesn't reach
• Write content Google trusts in law and health
• Earn local links Google won't flag
• Show up when people ask ChatGPT who to call
• Get recommended by Gemini inside Google Maps
• Rank a peptide brand with no storefront
• Track which calls came from the map
• Know what to expect in month 1, 3 and 6
• Follow the 90-day plan, week by week
• Turn off your paid leads for good
Comment "MAPS" and I'll send you the guide.
(Must be following me so I can send it)
my grok @bot does my poses now.
i just send it pics i like and it hands them back with my face on them.
very normal friendship i guess.

Wow! Send A File By Just The Camera!
A vibe coder used AI to build a file transfer system that sends data between two phones using only a screen and a camera.
One phone displays a new type of animated QR codes while the other scans them to rebuild the file, with no Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or cables needed.
It is fully optical and local.
The system uses fountain codes that create each QR frame as a random mix of file data.
This keeps transfers working even if some frames are missed, reaching speeds of about 129 KB/s for a 2 MB image.
The entire project was built in one night and released as open source.
The idea came from a music project where the developer wanted to share MP3 files without streaming or using the same network.
Animated QR codes became the solution, showing a creative new way to transfer files with everyday phone hardware.

This is sick.
Hermes Agent joining forces with Grokbot.
@PixelRainbowNFT wired Hermes into Grokbot so one Grokbot can act as the front door while Hermes handles the work behind it.
His setup now has a single Chief of Staff coordinating across 7 Hermes machines and 20+ Grokbots.
From one place he can:
• Talk to different Hermes hosts
• Orchestrate work across the fleet
• Kick off long-horizon Kanban goals
• Handle maintenance, updates, pruning, and local LLM optimization
• Keep the Hermes machines on the private network while Grokbot handles the interface
There are two bridge options too, depending on how Hermes is running: an SSH relay or Hermes’ native API gateway.
The part I really like here is the architecture.
One interface up front.
A whole Hermes Agent system operating behind it.
so I wired @nousresearch Hermes Agent up so it can live as a @bot GROKBOT inside the grokbot app (private net / Tailscale).
two ways, pick based on how your Hermes host runs:
Hermes SSH Relay — Desktop-primary, no API gateway. SSH ask-relay, simplest “talk to hermes from inside grokbot app”.
github.com/shagghiesuperstar…
Hermes API Fleet — gateway + native API on :8642. better when you want parallel fleet asks / less hop overhead. same repo ⬆️ (docs for both)
Grokbot Bot Templates:
Hermes SSH Relay:
x.ai/bot/NVF3Rx9T7jkQPsqYjeD…
Hermes API Fleet :
x.ai/bot/5KLpaL-JIM2q629kbTh…
what it unlocks: chat your hermes agent from grokbot UI, run herdr-style fleet ops from one place, keep hermes brains on the Mac while grok handles the front door.
top 3 uses we care about:
• identity bots per host so you always know who you’re talking to
• easy orchestration across the Hermes fleet without jumping SSH by hand
• bridge + connector pattern for hermes ↔ grokbot comms without stuffing secrets in the template
Ps, imho: Dont point grok at writing into hermes memory plugins unless you mean to. (I let mine READ hermes Hindsight memory but not write to it)
With this I now have a single CHIEF OF STAFF I talk to as a grokbot who orchestrates across 7 hermes machines, and 20+ grokbots, all running various coding harnesses, AI pipelines, GTM, AEO/SEO/GEO, UGC, seamlessly.
I'm even having grokbot tell my chief Hermes Agent to run long horizon kanban goals.
I'm also using a dedicated bot to keep my entire hermes fleet updated, maintained, pruned, local LLM optimized etc. I'll drop some of those templates over the next few days... follow with notis.
Oh and shit a token usage window maximizer I'll share soon...burning it in this week, so far, have been blasting at 10x the rate across a dozen harnesses/subs.
This is greatest unlock EVER in 7 months of harness jockeying. I am finally ONLY a HUMAN making decisions, ideating, all via a single grok bot Chief of Staff.
Valhalla!

Jev killed 7 more SEO/GEO workflows 👇
1/ Assess which competitor pages to copy
-> It scores every competitor page on answer, depth, proof and freshness, then checks its rank in Google and ChatGPT to show which ones are worth copying
2/ Identify which page elements to change to get cited
-> It reads the title, meta, H1, FAQ and schema on every page and returns keep or change for each, with a confidence score
3/ Check if your pages answer what people ask AI
-> It matches real buyer questions to your best page, which shows the questions you have no page for and who AI cites instead
4/ Rate how likely each page is to get cited
-> Every URL gets a citation chance and the first fix to make, like adding a compare table
5/ Sort search terms
-> It asks "is this query from a buyer?" across the full Search Console export, so you write only for terms that convert
6/ Build the internal link map
-> For every page it checks the 15 closest candidates and links only the ones with an honest reason
7/ Verify AI-written pages
-> Each draft goes through 20 yes/no checks, and only the ones that pass reach a human

Jev dropped the price of SEO/GEO fixes by 90%
Agents that audit and fix a client's SEO/GEO used to cost us ~$250
Here's where the savings come from:
1/ 30x faster reads of Search Console and PostHog/Mixpanel data
2/ 30x faster checks of what ChatGPT searches on Bing
3/ 30x faster modeling of what users ask Gemini and Claude
4/ 30x faster scans of who ChatGPT and Claude cite
5/ 30x faster analysis of the sources behind those citations
6/ 30x faster gap analysis: why they get cited and we don't
7/ 30x faster fixes across 1,000s of pages on large client sites
8/ 30x faster sorting of which page types ChatGPT cites
9/ 20x faster creation of the pages that make ChatGPT pick you

Now I’m engineering that workflow into Higgsfield x GPT-6 Astra.
I used to test 4,500 creatives a month for \~50 winners at a 1% hit rate.
But such volume needs resources.

You can get cited by ChatGPT even if you're not indexed in Google.
How is that possible?
1. OpenAI has its own search index (Labrador)
2. Bing index (the URL in this example is indexed in Bing)
AI SEO is not just about Google anymore.

Update on my LinkedIn SEO experiment:
I published an article targeting "SEO in 2026" and within 24 hours it was #3 on Google.
~2 weeks later, it's now #7.
Here's exactly what happens if you do this:
LinkedIn articles get a HUGE head start in Google.
They're published on an established, heavily crawled domain and for freshness-sensitive searches like "SEO in 2026", new content can get pushed up very quickly.
But that initial ranking isn't necessarily where it'll stay.
With new content Google initially estimates where a page should rank, then rankings can fluctuate heavily for 1-2+ weeks while it settles.
That's exactly what I'm seeing.
So my takeaway so far:
LinkedIn articles are ridiculously good for getting into Google FAST.
But don't mistake the first 24-hour ranking for the permanent one.
I'll keep tracking where this eventually settles.

Offer:

Tip if you're using AI to write content and still want it indexed by Google:
Get whatever AI you're using to thoroughly study and document Google's latest content guidelines. Then build a workflow where every single page gets checked against that document before it goes live.
That's how I got to this.

hermes + grok bot + claude = lead gen on steroids
it finds businesses whose site can't book, call or capture a lead, fixes all of it, and renders a walkthrough demo with an ai avatar
- pulls every business in one trade, one city
- opens each site and counts what's missing
- rebuilds it with booking, a form and tap to call
- edits the whole demo video on its own
- an ai avatar explains it while clicking through
- runs on hermes or grok bot, on a schedule
just wrote a whole guide on how you can set this up:

Yesterday I said Jev would open a ton of doors...
24 hours later, this exists.
Cua built a 2.8MB model that scored 99.7% on their form-filling eval.
Hosted Jev scored 83.6%.
Not to mention it's FREE and only 706K parameters.
Small enough to run locally with not even 1gb or ram.
Fast enough to make decisions in one pass.
And specialized enough that your agent doesn't need to call a giant LLM for every tiny action.
Think about what this unlocks.
Every repetitive computer task could eventually get its own tiny specialist:
• forms
• CRM updates
• data entry
• browser actions
• document routing
• UI decisions
Then one powerful agent just routes work between them.
We are going to see some ridiculous stuff built from this as well.

Jev is WILD for SEO audit 🤯
in 45.1 seconds it read all 586 pages on my site and rebuilt the internal link map. 584 links placed, 139 pages it refused to link because nothing honestly fit. total cost $0.21.
Claude Opus 5, same 586 pages, same clock, got through 21 of them and spent $1.43.
per page that is ~190x cheaper. the full Opus pass would have run $43.
internal linking is the perfect Jev job. it is not writing, it is 8,790 yes/no calls: does this page have a real reason to link to that one, and is there anchor text already sitting in the copy. that is a classification problem, and we have been paying frontier prices to do it one page at a time.
what you are watching: left column is Jev, right is Opus, same queue, same rubric. the run stops the moment Jev finishes so Opus stops burning tokens.
coming soon to @distribb_io + connector + gpt plugin
