Assisted by @MetTaskforce, our @met_connected Outreach Team and @MPSManor, we were pleased to attend and support @WealdstoneFC Youths U16 girls ⚽️ tournament on Saturday (though a bit of sunshine would have been nice ☔️). #VAWG, #Community, #BeTheChangeYouWantToSee, #MyLocalMet.
There is a Met Police Territorial Support Group van parked up in between pitches at Wealdstone Football Club, with one of the side doors open, whilst a girls only under 16 football tournament is taking place. The officers have laid out some of their specialist clothing on the ground next to the van and a couple of uniformed officers are showing some young children one of the shields and some of the other kit they have. The uniformed female police officer is also holding a bag of tennis balls.

In a space between pitches at Wealdstone Football Club, there is a table with assorted Met Police Crime Prevention materials on, and a female police officers bowler hat also on the table. This is whilst a girls only under 16 football tournament is taking place, and you can see some practising/a match taking place in the background and being watched by a number of spectators.

At the front of the photo there is another vehicle advertising Met Police recruitment, which says 'Become a Met Police Officer - Be the change you want to see', and includes a QR code and that they can be followed via @Met_connected. There is also the Met Police insignia with ' More Trust, Less Crime, High Standards' on the van.
