some of the best advice I’ve ever heard:
optimize your tolerance for uncertainty because everything good you want in life comes from overcoming fear, tolerating boredom, and becoming comfortable with discomfort.
Jaylen Brown just won a game coming back down 30 points
and now he’s on IG calling Jayson Tatum a liar

telling yourself "everything will workout for me" is a cheat code for life. when you expect good outcomes, you become more open to opportunities, more willing to take risks, and more resilient when things go wrong. optimism changes how you see possibilities, and that can change the way you live.

Man to man: be that guy again.
Get disciplined again. Train again. Eat better. Sleep 8 hours. Get your money right. Read more. Take care of yourself. Find your drive and lock in again.

No person performing at the highest level has a clear mind.
Why getting rid of brain fog is a psyop. Look at any almost successful person and you cannot tell me you honestly believe they wake up with a clear head. They are either fat, tired, on substances or stressed to the verge of having vertigo.
The unconscious mind will always dominate the conscious mind, but only if you tap into your natural gifts. It's only able to perform in the domains that you were born to perform in.

Before stepping into the ring, Cus D’Amato would repeat to Mike Tyson that you don’t exist, only the task exists.
The moment you internalize what this really means, all self-doubt simply ceases to exist, because there’s no longer a self to doubt.
What’s left is total immersion in the task, which is what the flow state actually is, where there’s no “you” left to interfere, and action arises by itself, like second nature, faster than conscious thought, through the sheer genius of your unconscious mind.

Overlooked fact: every significant relationship in your life began with one moment of someone being slightly braver than the situation required. One person said the thing. Asked the question. Made the first move. Relationships don't start with mutual courage. They start with one person's excess courage.
