Nobody has done this before. Merged issuer books for tokenized shares, funded from Zcash, with shareable receipts. First of its kind on any chain.
The desk funds from shielded ZEC through @NEARProtocol Intents, so nobody sees who bought what. The receipt is a card you share on X with proof the trade happened.
The vault paid cycle 1 to the Top 20 holders in ETH with every receipt on

What it does for you.
You open one page instead of five. You see every issuer of the share side by side with the spread to the reference price.
You pay the lowest one, from a funding source nobody can trace back to you, and you walk away with a receipt you can show without showing your wallet.
What it does for the ecosystem.
Every issuer gets measured on the same screen, so the cheap one wins volume and the expensive one has to tighten. @RobinhoodCrypto Chain gets a reason to hold the liquidity for tokenized shares. @Zcash gets a use case that is not just holding. And every receipt shared on X is a trade somebody can verify.
Why it matters. Tokenized stocks are splitting into dozens of wrappers of the same thing. Without a merged book, you overpay for the issuer you happened to open. With one, every issuer competes for your click.

Where we are, three days after launch:
The book runs 35 shares across 153 issuer rows, priced live, routed in one click.
What comes next:
1. Flywheel cadence. Cycles move from one-off to a fixed schedule. Every snapshot ranks the Top 20 again. Hold 7 days for 1.5x weight, 30 days for 2x.
2. Rewards below the Top 20. A rule for every holder segment, so weight below rank 20 is not weight wasted.
3. The merger of token and protocol. Use the book, fund the desk, route a share, share a receipt on X. Every action gets weighed and paid from the same engine as holdings.
4. The $MERRGER leg on the desk. Trade the token from the same book as the shares.
5. More shares, more issuers. The book widens as tokenized markets widen.
Nothing goes on the roadmap that cannot end up on a receipt.
Same share, many issuers, one click, fully private.

A share can be tokenized by many issuers. Robinhood, xStocks, Ondo, bStocks, Coinbase. Same company, five tokens, five prices, five books. Buy the wrong one and you pay more for the same thing.
@mergerclick merges them. One book per share, every issuer side by side, priced against Chainlink references on Robinhood Chain, routed through Uniswap in one click. 35 shares, 153 rows, live on merger.click.
And it is private. The desk funds from shielded @Zcash through @NEARProtocol Intents. Nobody sees who bought what. The receipt is a card you can share with anyone on X, with proof the trade happened.
Nobody else does this. Merged books for tokenized shares, funded from Zcash, with shareable receipts. First of its kind on any chain.
$MERRGER is the token.
Hold it and the vault pays the Top 20 holders in ETH every cycle. Use the protocol and, soon, the same engine pays you for that too.
Same share, many issuers, one click, fully private.

We are building a system that links what you do on @mergerclick to what you earn in $MERRGER.
Use the book, fund the desk, route a merged share, share a receipt on X: every action gets weighed the same way a holding gets weighed today, and the people who use the protocol get rewarded for it.
Holders feed the vault. Users feed the book. Both get paid from the same engine, with the same receipts, on the same page.
Specs, weights and the launch date come once the rules are fixed. Nothing is promised until it is on the receipt.
Hold. Use. Get weighed. Get paid.

The flywheel turned for the first time this week.
Phase 1 paid the 20 biggest holders by weight:
ETH out of the vault, twenty transfers, one per address, every receipt at merger.click/vault.
The next snapshot on @mergerclick ranks everyone again. Hold longer, weigh more.
Phase 2 is the merger itself. The token and the protocol stop living side by side.
What you do on merger.click, using the book, funding the desk, routing a merged share, sharing a receipt, gets weighed the same way a holding gets weighed today, and pays from the same engine. Holders feed the vault. Users feed the book. One set of receipts.
Less supply. More paid out. One protocol.

Cycle 1 paid. Snapshot at block 77468474,
262 holders weighed, the Top 20 paid in ETH.
every tx on the receipt at merger.click/vault.
How it works from here. The vault holds ETH. Every cycle the engine reads the chain at the safe block, weighs every holder by amount times holding time, takes the Top 20 and pays them 28 percent of the vault, at most 50 ETH per cycle and 20 ETH per address. The next snapshot ranks everyone again, so a place is earned each cycle, not kept. Held 7 days, your weight is 1.5x. Held 30, it is 2x.
A cycle can pay zero. The receipt is the only promise.

The phase 1 of the flywheel on @mergerclick is live.

Holder Rewards for $MERRGER paid their first cycle: To the twenty heaviest holders. Every balance, weight, payout and transaction hash is in the receipt on merger.click/vault when its sent.
How it works, in order:
1. The vault holds ETH.
2. Each cycle, the engine reads every $MERRGER balance at one block on @RobinhoodCrypto Chain.
3. It weights each holder: amount times holding time. 1.0x from day 0, 1.5x from day 7, 2.0x from day 30. Holding time comes from the token's own Transfer logs, oldest lots spent before newer ones, so selling resets the clock for what moved and leaves the rest as it was.
4. The twenty heaviest split 28 percent of the vault, each by its share of the twenty weights.
5. Twenty ETH transfers go out, and a receipt goes up with every line in it.
6. Next cycle, the snapshot is taken again from scratch.
The longer you hold, the heavier you weigh. The heavier you weigh, the larger your slice. The vault pays, the holders stay, the float shrinks around them. That is the wheel.
Where you stand right now is on the vault page, live. A rule for the holders below the Top 20 is next.
Funding is discretionary and can stop. A cycle can pay zero.
Hold. Get weighed. Get paid.

@mergerclick is a merged book for tokenized markets.
One share trades as several tokens from several issuers, each at its own price and its own multiplier. The book puts them side by side, divides each by its multiplier and prices it against one Chainlink reference on @RobinhoodCrypto Chain, from its deepest pool, with the source and age on every number. Thirty-five shares and 153 rows today.
The desk lets you act on it with the paying wallet unlinked: fund a basket from shielded $ZEC through @NEARProtocol Intents, fill through @Uniswap, post a receipt on X that shows your mix and never your wallet.
And now the flywheel: a vault that pays the twenty heaviest holders in ETH every cycle, weighted by how long they have held, with a public receipt for every payout.

The flywheel starts with the top 20 holders.
merger.click/vault
The first cycles of Holder Rewards pay the twenty heaviest $MERRGER holders by weight: amount times holding time, read from the chain at one block, paid in ETH, one transfer each, receipt published.
The rest of the holders are next. A rule for every other segment is being written now, so that holding below the Top 20 earns its own place in the cycle. It lands on merger.click/vault when it is built, and the docs explain it the same day.
Where you stand today is live on the site. The Top 20 is ranked again at every snapshot, so a place is earned, not kept.

Here is what we just shipped, and why it matters.
@mergerclick reads every issuer's token of a share into one book, priced from its deepest pool against one Chainlink reference on @RobinhoodCrypto Chain, with the source and age on every number.
Then it lets you act on it with the wallet unlinked: pay from shielded $ZEC through @NEARProtocol Intents, fill through @Uniswap, post a receipt that shows your mix and never your wallet.
The problem. A share of @nvidia now trades as five different tokens from five different issuers, on five different screens, at five different prices.
Tokenized markets did not merge the market. They fragmented it. And every way to trade any of them starts by tying your wallet to your position.
The insight. The fragmentation is not real. It is unit mismatch. Divide each token by its issuer's multiplier and price it against one reference, and the spread collapses to basis points. The market was one book all along. Nobody had built the book.
Where this goes. Robinhood's registry lists 195 Stock Tokens. Every one of them can join the book. Every issuer that tokenizes a share adds a row. Every pool that opens adds a route. The book grows with the market, and the market is only getting more fragmented.
The ask. Read the docs. Open the book. Check one row against its source. Then decide.
