Bristol Rovers were delighted to welcome people from the local community and beyond to a Grand Iftar event at The Mem yesterday evening.
Almost 100 people attended including Rovers midfielder Kamil Conteh who was privileged to join with others from the Club and local area.
The event was organised by Bristol Rovers Financial Controller Zayn Alime, who said: “Bristol is a very diverse city and we're eager to open our doors for people from all backgrounds and ethnicities to feel welcome at our Club.

We are delighted to be hosting a Grand Iftar event at The Memorial Stadium on Thursday 13 March from 5:30pm onwards. ☪️
This is the first event of its kind at the Club, which we hope will provide a space for people to celebrate community spirit and togetherness.
