I reteirate that we need a legal and a medical definition of 'ragda'. Amend the Army Act to include the said definition.
If not, then make it a punishable offence with a jail sentence to use the word 'ragda'.
Whatever they are doing in the name of 'ragda' has caused brainrot.
"Abbe koi thapad maarke banduk nikal ke lejaayega! Ek toh chalta 18 saal ke ladke ki tarah hain. Usme kamar pe pistol!"
Also, air pistols are not non-lethal.
If you accidentally kill or maim someone, can you handle what comes next?
Worse, your weapon is used against you!
This trick works but again the question arises, why were you armed? Who are you? What could you possibly be doing or be employed in to need firearms, even if improvised, on your person?
Your reaction cannot be disproportionate to provocation.

I will give you a better idea. Buy a ₹200 toy air gun from any local toy shop. Instead of plastic bullets, load it with metal cycle bearings (you can get them at any repair shop).
Anyone within a 10m range will be fully taken care of in a non-lethal way.
Talking from experience!
My first spinal anesthesia failed so they gave me a second one. I'm fine. Thank you whatever powers that may be for sparing me this trouble!
Requesting @adgpi to stop allowing Diwekar to come and speak at Army location. Too many ooga-booga Voodoo people come and spew nonsense and we are forced to sit for those sessions because most people don't want to stick out like sore thumbs.
Kya nonsense tha yeh!
The word "ragda" should be taken up for discussion in Parliament. Either provide a legal and/or medical definition of the word "ragda" or ban it's usage entirely.
Call exercise what it is is - exercise.
Lack of definition is where and how harms start.

Dear career woman, please, when it is time to make a lifetime commitment, do not marry down.
If you want to enjoy both your career and your marriage, be careful about marrying a man you are significantly ahead of academically and financially.
As time goes on your career will grow. Your income will grow. Your exposure and responsibilities will grow. If your husband is unable to grow with you, that gap will eventually become a source of conflict in the marriage.
Do not make the mistake of thinking love alone will close that gap. You may live to regret it.
Choose a man whose ambition, capacity and mindset is greater than yours so you can always look up to him.
If you so desire to be an exception, then good luck to you.
It's not like we can work without interruption in the kitchen. Small kids can't be allowed in the kitchen to prevent burn injuries but if we try to cook while they are outside the kitchen then we worry about them putting themselves in harm's way in the other room(s).

James Sexton needs to be told that SAHMs have to prevent their children from killing themselves all day. It does not matter whether you have a son or a daughter. Check out opinions of orthopaedic surgeons and ER doctors on this subject. It's tiring but love helps you persevere.
