Dear @meinree, @mikaothan, dan @melveson… I am leaving this place with a full heart, and a lot of that is because of you three. Maureen, you are steady. The kind that makes everyone around you feel like things are going to be okay. Firm when it matters, but always with this gentleness underneath that I think people feel before they can explain why. Being in a space you hold together just feels different. It was safer, calmer, more grounded. I noticed that early and kept noticing it until the very end. Miko, even on the quieter days when we weren't really talking much, I never actually felt the distance. Your warmth just carries, somehow, without you having to do much at all. You have a way of making sure nobody feels left behind and I genuinely don't think you realise how much that lands for the people around you. Well, I hope now you do. Melvin, the chaos and the kocak-ness and the tingkah that came from absolutely nowhere… I will miss all of it, sincerely. But beyond all of that, you showed up. Every time, fully, not halfway somewhere else. Consistently present in a way that not everyone manages and not everyone tries, and I want you to know that I saw that and appreciated it more than I said out loud. I'm really glad our paths crossed. All three of you made this feel like something worth remembering, and I don't say that to just anyone. Thank you, genuinely, for being exactly who you are. 🤍 With love, Charlotte.
