The FA had a duty of care towards Max. What was his crime? Mildly reacting to a dangerous challenge. Instead of protecting a 16 yr old, you chose to suspend him and promote violent conduct.
Thankfully Max didnt suffer a serious injury because apparently thats what it takes.

still insane to me that 107 children were given a chance at life only because a SIXTEEN yr old boy stepped in and negotiated for them, bearing the consequences of all their future actions. like was that not crazy to any of the grown ass adults there...
League 2 is about killing the hopes and dreams of budding young talent in your country .... fairs
🎙️ Fleetwood Town goalkeeper Jay Lynch on Max Dowman’s red card and the physical approach against Arsenal:
🗣️ “You’ve seen it with the Max Dowman tackle, the sending off. That’s what we’re about, that’s what League Two is about, winning your duels. But fairly. I think it was a fair tackle.
“We’ve had a storm at the minute, with the weather. We actually wanted it as bad as possible. I remember driving to the stadium, the sun’s shining, we’re thinking, oh no this suits them. Then the wind comes and we’re thinking alright, game on.” #afc

PGMOL apologised on two different occasions to Arsenal and we lost the title by 5 points
Nice try
🚨JUST IN: Graham Scott says refereeing decisions ARE in Arsenal’s FAVOR since 2022:
“Over the whole of last season, they BENEFITTED on nine occasions and suffered on five.
Go back to 2022, when the Premier League set up the KMI panel, the ledger is 25-22 in Arsenal’s favour, which is not statistically significant and suggests decisions really do even themselves out over time.”
Talking to one of my irl friends and she is like who would you sell so we can get better players and I said I like this team to much to sell anyone .after a few minutes I texted her back to say kepa because he is our 2nd and can't even play him cause he is so useless
🚨🗣️ Zinedine Zidane Proposes Separate Awards for Club and International Football
“The Ballon d’Or organisers need to be more consistent with their decisions.
They used La Liga performances to award Lamine Yamal the Kopa Trophy over Pau Cubarsí, relied on World Cup performances to award Unai Simón the Yashin Trophy over David Raya, ignoring a whole season of club football and used Bundesliga performances to award Harry Kane the Gerd Müller Trophy over Kylian Mbappé, despite Mbappé's incredible scoring record.
They also prioritised Champions League success when selecting Club of the Year, yet placed greater emphasis on international tournament success when choosing Coach of the Year over managers who delivered outstanding results at club level.
So, which criteria actually matter: domestic league performances, Champions League success or international tournaments?
If the organisers cannot apply consistent standards across every category, they should separate club football awards from international football awards.
Players and managers deserve recognition based on clear, fair criteria, not standards that appear to change from one award to another. The Ballon d’Or needs reform.
