What a day, busy at work and you receive the email, your results for PNA level 7 is able to be reviewed. Heart was pounding, I am so happy, 80% and amazing feedback. Proud of myself today 👏 well done to everyone on my PNA course ❤️

What a week this week…. 3 new starters in our unit and they have absolutely fitted in so well. The feedback from them about the team has blown me away. All saying how welcomed they have felt and that we are like a family. I am one happy manager, I love my job and love my teams

What a day today, staff sickness in my units today, every single member of my team worked so hard to keep every patient safe, supported through their journey and I am proud of every single one of them. Staff came in on days off to support and I am so blessed to work with them ❤️

Come into work and I have these on my desk, I absolutely love my team. My staff members mum has brought them for me, to thank me for being compassionate to her daughter…. It doesn’t get better than this ❤️ I have been smiling all day today ❤️

Day off today for me… being a leader is so important we self care, Hairdressers’s today and gym later is my day off. My new downtime is the gym and I can honestly say it is so good for mental health. I get to escape work, life. Please everyone find your self care and focus as I have learnt it is so beneficial for me ❤️

My teams are absolutely amazing ❤️ every day you amaze me, short staffed, extremely busy with clinics and emergencies, I drop into the numbers, everyone and I mean everyone pulls together to ensure compassionate, safe and quality care is provided. Debrief at the end of the shift, with a big heart felt thank you ❤️ I can not ask for anymore. The teams passion for women’s health is extrodinary… don’t ever change ❤️ #teamgynae

Tough day today, felt mixed emotions, challenged but my teams are absolutely amazing and always make me smile. Everyday is a new challenge but together we can do this ❤️

What a shift today…. But again my team absolutely did amazing. Lack of medic support, nursing staff and between us all we absolutely gave the best care, while ensuring all patients were safe. To end the shift the Reg thanked me for always being supportive, and advocate when they feel they are struggling. I said we are one team, my job is to ensure you are all supported ❤️ love my job ❤️

Sad week for Gynaecology Outpatients Department this week, Shirley our amazing Health Care Support Worker has retired after 19 years in the NHS. We have loved working with you Shirley, you deserve to enjoy every minute of your retirement, enjoy fishing again and we look forward to the new puppy pictures ❤️

On wednesday we said thank you and good luck to Sophie who has worked in the NHS for 20 years, 7 years being in Gynaecology Outpatients. We are going to miss her so much and wish her all the best in her new role ❤️ love our group pictures.. one happy work family ❤️
