Meet Nivon AI, your AI customer support teammate 🫶
We've been quietly working on this for the last 6 months. Along the way, we reworked a lot, tested it on our own products, and spent the last month having it handle real customer questions on Aymo and Meku.
Today, Nivon is finally out 🚀
The idea is pretty simple: give Nivon your website, docs, PDFs, past conversations, and instructions, and it learns enough about your product to answer customer questions for you.
You can add it to your website with a simple script or plugin and let it handle the repetitive stuff and when a conversation actually needs a human, Nivon passes it over with the full context and summary, so the customer doesn’t have to explain everything again.
The first release includes:
