I’m ready to do the work to help get @keishabottoms elected this November. We’re going to flip the governor's office blue this year and deliver change all across our state. Let’s go win this!

Ariel and I want to thank our family, my team, and every single person who supported our campaign. Tonight is not the end. Georgia’s future is bright, and the work to realize it continues.

I’m running because I believe Georgia is ready for a new generation of leadership — leadership focused on working families, lowering costs, protecting our freedoms, and creating opportunity in every community.

Today is Election Day in Georgia and polls are open! This campaign has always been powered by people — organizers, volunteers, supporters, and Georgians who believe in building a better future for our state. I’m deeply grateful for the trust you have put in me. Now, the final say belongs to the voters. Find your polling location at mvp.sos.ga.gov and make a plan to vote before 7pm. Let’s make our voices heard!

Jimmy Carter started his path to the governor’s office on a local school board and in the State Senate. Sound familiar? I’ve always believed leadership starts with service, community, and investing in people. Georgia has seen this kind of leadership before. We’re ready to do it again.

In Decatur, Jason Esteves campaigns on the GOP redistricting session: “What the Supreme Court did was make it absolutely mandatory that we not only win the House, but that we win statewide seats up and down the ballot.” #gapol

My campaign is people-powered. I took a few minutes to thank some of our incredible volunteers for everything they’re doing to help build a new generation of leadership for Georgia. From leading canvasses and writing postcards to dropping off yard signs and helping at events, this campaign runs because of people like them. I’m so grateful.

Governor Kemp’s call for a special session to gerrymander Georgia's maps is yet another display of Republicans' unwavering loyalty to Donald Trump and a clear maneuver to dilute the voting power of Black voters in Georgia.

Take a walk with me around Grady Hospital, Atlanta’s only Level 1 trauma center. Here’s the tough pill to swallow: failed healthcare policies have cost Georgians their lives. Georgia’s trauma death rate is 20% higher than the national average, driven by the clear shortage of Level 1 trauma hospitals across our state. As governor, I’ll expand Medicaid, invest in hospitals across Georgia, and make sure your family can get the care they need – where and when they need it.

Key takeaways: - @JasonEsteves’ numbers have tripled since the last AJC poll - Everyone else has been stagnant — KLB, Thurmond, and Duncan’s numbers *have not changed* - Race is still wide open for a runoff spot, and Jason is out-communicating the entire field #gapol
Keisha Lance Bottoms is dominating the Democratic race for governor, but the latest @AJC poll shows the contest is far from settled. Bottoms leads with 39% support, well ahead of Michael Thurmond at 10%, Jason Esteves at 8% and Geoff Duncan at 7%. #gapol

Always proud to be endorsed by City of Atlanta leaders past and present. Georgians are tired of the old politics and politicians who created the crises we’re in today. It’s time for a new generation of leadership.

.@JasonEsteves on yesterday's SCOTUS decision: "The fight for fair maps & equal representation in Georgia begins in this governor’s race, where it is essential that we elect a strong Democrat who will serve for two terms to oversee redistricting." #gapol georgiarecorder.com/2026/04/…

My mom worked hard her whole life, but couldn't afford critical care when she was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s. Too many Georgians share the same story — because our system forces hardworking people to go broke before it helps them. Georgia must do better. That’s what I’m fighting for. ajc.com/opinion/2026/04/my-m…

Ariel and I were proud to cast our votes on the first day of early voting, with Jaeden and Zoe by our side. Moments like this remind me what’s possible when we come together and choose the future we want for our kids. Now it’s your turn. Make your plan to vote. Early voting runs through May 15. Election Day is May 19.

Georgians are sick and tired of working harder than ever and barely getting by. I’m running for governor to take on Donald Trump and the politicians who have failed us. I’ll focus in on what matters the most: Georgians’ health, wealth, and opportunity.
