You are totally making things up. I’m not even worth $1 million. Nor even $500k. I don’t even own a house! I am one of the lowest net worth members of Congress, trade no stock, and take no outside income.
My filings are public. I loathe corruption, and your lying is disgusting.

If you want to start with waste, start with Elon’s defense contracts at the Pentagon.
In fact, we should start with transparency around defense contracts in general, which take up an enormous sum of public funds.
But they won’t do that, will they?
Kingsley just rolled out a plan forcing the closure of two buildings, and the consolidation of four schools with NO community engagement session. No input from staff/administration. He is refusing calls for public comment period before the vote. He deserves to be investigated.
Last night, I joined Board of Education directors, staff, our partner from @ColoradoStateU’s Center for Public Deliberation & members of our public for a community engagement session. The dialogue was great, and I always appreciate times where I can listen & learn from others.

Zero Repeat Forever was rejected by over 100 agents. 10 days after signing with the only one who offered, it sold as a two book deal in a five house auction for six figures 🤷🏻♀️
I'm a graphic/visual person and I basically can't get myself to click on the "x". Anyone else? I'd truly like to see if engagement has dropped after the cheerful blue bird went away.

Nurses went on strike.
Then graduate students.
Then school teachers.
Now it’s hotel employees, writers, and actors.
UPS drivers and auto workers may be next.
Many strikes, similar story:

David Duchovny sued Fox because Fox sold "The X-Files" reruns to Fox-owned stations in a sweetheart deal (rather than on the open market), scamming him and other participants out of millions of dollars (they settled out of court). Studios will try to get away with everything.

So yeah. Still not over the AMPTP threatening me and my daughter with homelessness. As rough as the strike has been, that “article” took it to a whole different emotional level for a lotta writers.

You know what I don’t get? Kids want shorter books. Librarians are begging for shorter books. Parents are desperately looking for shorter books. Writers want to write shorter books. Paper is apparently very expensive. And yet, for some reason, books continue to be very long
