I'll have to get myself a copy! Likewise, you and the rest of the @CoxlessRowers are mentioned in the book with reference to being outcome focused. Not sure if making you a Michelin woman was a good or bad thing!?

So awesome @Alexpwolf! Also mention Alex in my chapter of The Biggest Book of Yes for his help in making me into a Michelin woman ready to row!

Finally got the first printed copy of my book. While it is rowing centric, the first chapters provide insights into what S&C means for those we work with & for; the coaches and athletes which is applicable to all domains. Hopefully out later this summer.

All funds raised from the book will be going towards @TeddingtonTrust - a fantastic charity that i'm so so proud to be a part of raising funds for.
