This is this most damning thing in the Epstein files and the media has still ignored it. Peter Thiel created the group that turned Russian hacked emails into conspiracy theories about Hillary—MAGA3X. Thiel coordinated with the Russians through Jeffrey Epstein—for YEARS. Trump, Thiel, and Musk are all so thoroughly compromised by their own treason they are effectively Russian agents. Putin must be defeated. Traitors must face consequences. Russia, Russia, Russia
On Oct 7, 2016, an emergency meeting was set by infamous pedophile Jeffrey Epstein with Palantir founder Peter Thiel, and Russian Ambassador to the UN, Vitaly Churkin. Later that day, the Access Hollywood tape came out, followed by Russian-hacked emails being released on Wikileaks, which were systematically painted by alt-right online trolls paid by Thiel’s PAC MAGA3X to mean that Hillary Clinton was involved in child sex trafficking. Mike Flynn and Erik Prince both worked to amplify these false, traumatic narratives about Podesta and a cabal of Satanic pedophiles run by Hillary. This was done significantly through Breitbart, which was run by Epstein close friend Steve Bannon, and funded by Rebekah Mercer. Additional firepower for these psychological operations was provided by Wagner chief Yvgeny Prigozhin’s Internet Research Agency—later charged by Robert Mueller. Up to 600 Russians were dedicated to the 2016 election on Twitter and Facebook. The smearing of Hillary Clinton, which mirrored Epstein and Trump’s own documented child rape, was later branded as Pizzagate—and extended by QAnon. It was all systematic, large-scale projection designed to swing a presidential election through psychological warfare. Thiel was the only major donor who supported Trump in the wake of Trump’s comments about grabbing women by the genitals on video. Palantir had previously been caught planning to run a covert influence operation on Wikileaks. A month after Trump’s inauguration, Vitaly Churkin suddenly died. We were looking for “Russian collusion” in the wrong place.

Very definition of an impeachable offense
Trump admitted he blocked energy funding to punish blue states he lost in 2024, including $586 million for Illinois. Courts ruled it illegal. He's still blocking the money. Bipartisan permitting reform won't work if Trump ignores the law. He must reinstate the grants first.

And yet again, another Trump family scandal, with the same Putin crony ONCE AGAIN in bed with Trump Jr. The same Putin crony that paid for the Trump family's two day island party is now continuously involved in the Trump family's personal lives. The Financial Times reveals that Trump Jr. just spent two days hunting in Mongolia with Umar Kremlev, to whom Putin awarded Russia's Order of Friendship in April. Kremlev paid had only recently paid for two nights of celebrations in the Bahamas, including a private island costing approximately $100,000 per night and a fireworks display costing around $70,000. Payments were routed through a Dubai company affiliated with his boxing organization. Trump Jr. and his wife acknowledged the gifts. President Trump subsequently said his son would reimburse Kremlev. The relationship has now prompted a congressional investigation into possible public corruption and national security risks. Former FBI counterintelligence officials warn that Russian intelligence routinely uses money and personal relationships to cultivate access to powerful Americans. The president's son is accepting extraordinary hospitality from a businessman connected to Putin's security establishment, while his father directs American foreign policy toward Russia.
The trip highlights the remarkable relationship between a son of the US president and a tycoon with a criminal record who has close ties to Vladimir Putin’s personal security service. Intelligence experts say such connections are ripe for manipulation. ft.trib.al/p0LBRYI

US energy company execs have resigned in disgust as the Trump family is caught secretly expediting the funneling of $25 billion from a sanctioned Russian energy giant in exchange for allowing Russians to obtain a natural gas project in Alaska. According to investigations by The New York Times and Financial Times, Russia's Novatek allegedly concealed its financial involvement in the American project through a UAE-linked intermediary. Gentry Beach, a longtime Trump ally and close friend of Donald Trump Jr., signed an agreement with Novatek to pursue natural gas development in Alaska. Reuters documented the arrangement in February. Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin discussed this cooperation on the Alaska energy project with Trump's representatives, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, during negotiations involving Russia and Ukraine. The controversy deepened when Polar Train LNG's CEO, Joel Riddle, raised concerns about concealed Russian financing and possible sanctions violations. He departed in September, followed by other senior executives. The Financial Times also described discussions about a potential arrangement under which Novatek would provide technology for the Alaska project in exchange for sanctions relief benefiting its Arctic LNG 2 development in Siberia. According to The New York Times, Riddle and two other departing executives warned the Trump administration about the Russian financing and urged officials to investigate. The White House maintains that the project was mentioned only briefly and that no detailed discussions took place. There is no established evidence that Kushner or Witkoff knew about the allegedly concealed financing. Polar Train LNG denies wrongdoing. The central question is how a sanctioned Russian energy company became involved in a major American energy venture while Putin was discussing potential economic cooperation with Trump's representatives and a longtime Trump family associate was pursuing a separate agreement with the same Russian company. Selling Alaska to the Russians or selling Ukraine to the Russians - to the Trump family it's all the same. ft.com/content/e9cfbfbb-e65a…

Have you all seen Trump’s announcement of his SUPER PUTIN DEAL? Russia promises to immediately supply more than 300,000 tonnes of diesel to the market, including the US, followed by another 500,000 tonnes in November. Then come promises of EVEN BIGGER volumes. Because the deal has to be HUGE. At least in the post. OFAC, of course, wasted no time issuing a temporary waiver until April 7 to accommodate the president’s latest “GENIUS” deal. Except the BIG DEAL is not actually that big. More of a stage prop. Very Trump. Let’s do the maths. Actual numbers. TERRIBLE, I know. 300,000 tonnes is roughly 2.2 million barrels of diesel. 500,000 tonnes is roughly 3.7 million barrels. In September, Russia managed to export just 0.1 million barrels. Basically none, as there is export ban. So Putin has already “sold” Trump a volume 22 TIMES larger than Russia’s entire September exports. Making promises is, of course, easier than rebuilding refineries after Ukrainian strikes. MUCH EASIER. SOME SAY THE EASIEST. Meanwhile, Russia’s diesel export ban remains in force until October 31: the fuel is needed domestically, and Ukrainian drones have significantly reduced Russia’s ability to produce it. A VERY SUCCESSFUL phone call with Trump is unlikely to have fixed those problems. Now for another comparison. Russia’s average monthly diesel exports last year were 18.3 million barrels. The promised deliveries amount to just 12% and 20% of that volume, respectively. So we have a promise that Russia still needs to find a way to fulfil, given the state of its refineries. And even if delivered, it looks considerably less impressive than the presidential CAPS LOCK. Not quite THE GREATEST DEAL IN HISTORY. The political logic is clear. The war with Iran and high fuel prices are a bad backdrop for the elections. One would hope politically FATAL, at this point. The administration desperately needs a story about how the president is about to FIX EVERYTHING. Preferably IMMEDIATELY. Preferably without explaining how we got here in the first place. So perhaps the main product of this deal is not even diesel. It is another attempt to calm the market with a BIG, BEAUTIFUL ANNOUNCEMENT. Let’s see how much credibility these announcements still have. Russia, of course, will sell this as a HUGE VICTORY. And why wouldn’t it? Promise diesel you still need to find somewhere, get a sanctions waiver UPFRONT. Plus another opportunity to tell the world that it simply CANNOT MANAGE WITHOUT RUSSIA. But what worries me most is that this spectacle could weaken our European partners’ resolve. Trump’s latest “breakthrough” must not become an excuse to ease sanctions pressure on Russia — precisely when that pressure needs to INCREASE. Of course, this decision will benefit Russia by generating additional revenues. We’ll be watching how much of its export capacity Russia actually manages to restore. One thing is CLEAR: Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries need to INTENSIFY.

The LLM scheduling loop, clearly explained: (bookmark this) Whenever a user sends a prompt to an LLM, the resulting inference request does not go straight from the API endpoint to the GPU. Instead, it first enters the serving engine, where a scheduler decides when and how its tokens will be processed. Here is the complete lifecycle: 1) The request enters the waiting queue Each request arrives with a prompt, sampling settings, and a maximum output length. Prompt lengths vary, and the scheduler cannot know the final generation length in advance. It therefore manages requests one iteration at a time. 2) The scheduler builds the next batch Before every model step, the scheduler checks two main constraints: - How many tokens can be processed in this iteration - How much KV-cache space remains It then applies a scheduling policy, often prioritizing running decode requests before admitting new work. 3) New requests enter prefill During prefill, the model processes the prompt tokens and creates the K and V tensors needed by attention. This stage can process many prompt tokens in parallel. Long prompts may be split into chunks so they do not block active generations for too long. 4) Running requests enter decode Once prefill finishes, the request moves to decode. The model now generates the next token using the KV cache created for all previous tokens. Standard autoregressive decoding usually adds one new token per active request during a model step. 5) The GPU executes the selected work Modern serving engines can place prefill and decode work in the same GPU batch. For example, request A may be processing its prompt while requests B and C generate their next tokens. The batch is therefore not a fixed group that runs until every request finishes. Its composition can change after every model step. 6) The engine updates request state After execution, generated tokens are sampled and appended to their requests. A finished request releases its KV-cache blocks and leaves the batch. An unfinished request keeps its state and becomes eligible for the next scheduling iteration. The scheduler can then use the freed token budget and cache space to admit another waiting request. In the visual below, C finishes after iteration 1, so D enters during iteration 2. By iteration 3, the active batch contains only A and D. This iteration-level replacement is continuous batching. It keeps the GPU working while requests with different prompt and output lengths progress independently. If you want to dive deeper, I wrote a detailed article covering the full LLM inference pipeline, including tokenization, prefill, decode, KV caching, and the latency metrics each stage controls. Read it below.

Tonight at an award ceremony, Peter Thiel is asked why he considers himself German. Thiel mentions speaking German until age 12 but doesn’t say he was not in Germany but SW Africa in an apartheid town pretending to be a Nazi village. The everyday greeting was “Heil Hitler.”
If you’ve ever wondered why Peter Thiel is such a Nazi, or why he creates coercive stories like the Singularity, QAnon & Dark Enlightenment, he grew up in a town in SW Africa which LARPed as Nazi Germany through the 70s. This is how a young, gay chess player grew up. Peter Thiel learned to hate people like himself—and to greet people with “Heil Hitler!” as instructed. Then he moved to America at 11. He hated it so much he resolved to destroy it and make it closer to his childhood in Swakopmund.

Cover 9 is the fastball of this defense, and it looked like the Cowboys were a lot cleaner with it this week. The film will tell a better story, but a step in the right direction at the very least. It’s hard to be a good pitcher without a fastball. I’m sure CP will still have a ton of notes on each snap to correct since they’re still molding the unit, but it’s nice to be able to do that after a win.

makes about as much sense as US and Russia cooperating on cybersecurity
Just want to go on record and say how ridiculous it is to suggest that China and the US can meaningfully cooperate on AI. 1) They will break any agreement they make. 2) They don't share our priorities. 3) We are at war with them in Ukraine and Iran. No cooperation is possible.

trump has an issue with personality and not cognitive decline? tapper is unquestionably compromised in my mind.
🚨BREAKING: C-SPAN caller to Jake Tapper: "I really don't like you right now... When will you look into Trump? This president is a mess, showing something is wrong with him. We'll never get a clear answer about his medical exam, yet you fiercely attacked Joe Biden."

We Must Pace the Frontier: I’ve written a new essay on why the AI industry should slow down, with a three-part plan for doing so. Anthropic is unilaterally committing to the first of these steps. We’ll provide third-party evaluators with permanent, employee-level access to our systems, so that they can verify adherence to our safety measures, report on incidents, and assess models’ alignment during training.
