Signed up for a @tesla PW3 install with @OctopusEnergy energy in April. Repeatedly assured it’d complete before the cashback deadline — got contradictory info from different consultants, install was delayed for months, then cancelled entirely. Now denying my £375 cashback. Avoid
Meanwhile @OctopusEnergy keeps targeting me with ads to install solar + Powerwall. Maybe sort out existing customers’ complaints first before chasing new business.

@tesla — worth reviewing partners like @OctopusEnergy This isn’t an isolated case, and poor handling by an installer reflects on your brand too. Not the experience customers expect when buying into the Tesla ecosystem.
Also: drilled through my double-brick wall for an earth rod, then cancelled — I’m left to fix it. Ran a hard credit check before anything was confirmed. Same person handled my complaint who I was complaining about. Delay due to them being on holiday, not the DNO #octopusenergy
