A busy week - 2 full separate days teaching for our F1 and F2 Drs, being released by all depts. to support in their education and training - ty to all! Great faculty, engaging topics, thought provoking workshops 👍
A great session today for our F2 Drs on overcoming communication barriers. Ageing suits, blindfolds, ear plugs all used to mimic losing some senses and challenging our Drs to think how they can communicate effectively in these instances - really engaging afternoon
Another 👍 day for our F2’s ‘it’s all about you’ - portfolio careers work, EDI, wellbeing, communication, patient stories and more! Big ty to our guest speakers @GordonFerns, Dr Ruth Silverton, Dr Sue Carr, @SaraTurle @EKPatientVoice, our flock of fellows and @ciarancrowe

Today was our first full teaching day for our FY Drs. Both years coming together, away from the wards, to learn collectively, bleep free, fed and watered and knowledge enriched. A patient scenario woven seamlessly through multiple system lectures and workshops - inspiring!
