Fun fact - all the usual advice about forming habits is completely useless if you have ADHD, because habit formation is a biochemical process that our brains are literally incapable of completing. We can NEVER achieve the autopilot that habits are for non-ADHDers.

It is not impossible for people with ADHD to form habits; it is just more difficult with ADHD due to executive function and lower dopamine in ADHD brains. Habit formation is still possible.
