Last month, I had a wonderful first GRS/GRC experience at the Immunometabolism in Health and Disease meeting in Portland, Maine. I’m grateful for the thoughtful feedback on my work, the inspiring science, and the chance to connect with NIH, Oxford, and new colleagues.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be presenting a poster at the 2026 @GrappaO Annual Meeting & Trainee Symposium in Lisbon, Portugal. My poster focuses on immune remodeling in psoriasis, using single-cell and multimomic approaches to study metabolic intervention.

Kicking off “Fuelling the Immune Response IV: UK Immunometabolism Meeting 2026” with the @bsicongress and @BSI_immunomet in Newcastle. I will be presenting in the PhD Bright Sparks session: How time-restricted eating remodels CD4⁺ T cell immunometabolism in psoriatic disease.

Reviewed a preprint that was highlighted by Nature Reviews Immunology: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/4178… A small contribution, but a good reminder of how valuable thoughtful preprint feedback is for advancing science before formal peer review.

I really enjoyed yesterday's @KirOxford seminar by Prof. Bengsch. The IL-21 story in cancer therapy was a standout! Showing how cytokine signaling can shape CD8 T-cell function. Grateful to the institute for bringing cutting-edge immunology to us live.
