Is it really that hard to describe what a Scrum Master does?
Browsing Scrum Master positions I can only conclude it is crazy difficult
Finding one that seems to get it or at the very least does not contain glaring mistakes is almost like finding a four-leaf clover.

Don't mistake the pristine perfection of plans on paper for reality.
The problems we imagine are often not the real problems that matter.
Intentionally incomplete plans rooted in reality work better than unintentionally incomplete plans floating in speculation.
Scrum's failure to embrace the world of Product Management by coining a separate Product Owner accountability was a mistake.

Reflect on the kind of environment that will make you flourish before you accept an offer.
Nobody is equally great at all four kinds of environments. Each is a different type of beast that requires a distinct approach to succeed.
Not everyone wants to and can slay a dragon.
In theory Scrum is simple, in practice... it feels like being handed the Squid Game Umbrella cookie.
Great Product Owners write awful backlog items.

ALT Great Product Owners write awful backlog items. Trying to write impeccable Product Backlog Items without involving your team is wasteful. What matters most is what the team remembers and understands, not what is written down. By collaborating and writing a Product Backlog Item together you create the most common understanding. Everyone is able to chip in. The backlog item becomes a whole team working product, instead of something spawned from the mind of a single person.

The Scrum Master is an important role in the Scrum framework. But can a team be successful without one designated person filling this role? And is such a team truly doing Scrum? medium.com/serious-scrum/we-… #Scrum #scrummaster #agile #seriousscrum #softwaredelivery @SeriousScrum
